If there were 10 stars I'd give him 10.First of all he's a young kid who learned a trade and he excels at it.Got a couple estimates before his and was not happy,not necessarily the price but the attitude of some of these contractors.Just didn't like there attitudes,poor customer appeal.We wanted a small bathroom and our kitchen tiled with the kitchen floor heated.He was timely,cordial and polite..He worked his tail off as it wasn't a easy job.A perfectionist who takes pride in his work .The job came out perfect and we were very impressed with the results.

Everyone loves all the quality tile workmanship that Ross has completed in my home .Especially the marble herringbone counter to ceiling kithen backslash.
