Truth be told, I don’t typically write reviews on anything. However, when I look at the end result of my recent renovation I am literally in awe of the finishes and workmanship I get to enjoy each and every day. Bias aside, I find my home to be spectacularly jaw dropping and this is due in large part to the instrumental contribution that Stratta Tile in Wyckoff NJ made to bringing my vision to fruition. I am writing this review so that anyone even considering a renovation involving tile should run not walk to Stratta! I was introduced to Marissa by another super happy client. She is one of several great team members there and she understood my taste immediately. The inventory is extraordinary and stunning! So as I was perusing the store, I felt like a kid in a candy store. One thing was more beautiful than the next…so many choices. Marissa was able to keep me on track though because she understood which tiles would bring my vision to life. I knew I was absolutely in the right place from the start. The process took time because I questioned everything, and sometimes a third and fourth time! Marissa had the patience of a saint though and stood by my side throughout the entire process. She had the gift of making my choices become even better: by introducing changes such as larger tiles with the same look or tweaks in the color of grout and so much more. I would love to actually upload pictures to share but I can’t…well, not that I can’t…I won’t because I don’t want anyone to copy anything! It’s that beautiful! ENJOY!!!

We work with designer Marissa on all of our custom projects and she is an absolute delight and offers creative solutions to any problems. Our clients love the showrooms relaxing atmosphere and stunning display of tiles. When we decided to gut our 80 year old bathroom we didn't want to lose the aqua color that we had lived with for over thirty years. Stratta Tile was recommended to me for their fabulous tile selection, and their incredible designer. When I called and asked Stratta's designer if she could pick tiles that would give a small walk in shower (handicap) bathroom the feel of Bermuda, she had all the beautiful tiles picked for us by the time we got to the showroom. Stratta's tile selection is huge, their design advice is outstanding, and we were even able to get our fabricated sink and knee wall counters through them. Having access to a top notch designer, in combination with beautiful tiles and counter tops was wonderful for us. I highly recommend Stratta.

We renovated our kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms over the last few months. I had already selected tiles for the bathrooms at other vendors and only went to Stratta because they were the closest vendor to me who carried a specific brand of glass tile that I was considering for my kitchen backsplash. Once I walked in I was a little shell-shocked by the fantastic and huge selection they carry. The store is gorgeous, and if you're at all into design, you will have a blast perusing their shelves and stacks. I ended up scrapping my previous selections and getting all my tiles from Stratta. In addition to the drool-worthy merchandise, the service was great as well. Nicole (the owner) seems to really care about making sure her clients are happy. I was very picky and indecisive, but Nicole remained patient and attentive throughout the whole project. We wanted a very white carrara for our master bath, and while other stores just sell you whatever they have in stock, Nicole went to several vendors to find us the look we wanted, and then went the extra mile to go through the the tiles one by one and pick the nicest ones. She was also super-helpful when our installer botched two of our bathrooms, and we had to re-order a bunch of items. Marissa was also very helpful, and they both really know their stuff when it comes to tiles. The prices are very competitive, and because they carry every tile under the sun, you can find something at every price point. This is a great store, I would absolutely shop here again for my next project!

These guys are great. We purchased tile for our kitchen (including a custom made backsplash) and guest bathroom. We initially worked with them because they were conveniently located next to our kitchen cabinet contractor's showroom but when I saw their quality, depth of inventory, and level of personal service, I would never consider anyone else. We worked with Marrissa and Nicole (owner). These guys were talented and professional and helped with everything from design to delivery to installation. No issues at all and everything was delivered on time. As our installer was applying the tile, we realized that a special metallic grout would be a perfect choice for our application. Nicole somehow found this grout and better yet, ran to the supply house to get it and deliver to us on the same day. Please note, we've done 3 high end kitchens and several bathrooms, Stratta's prices are as good, if not better, than any of their competition.

Marissa was wonderful in helping me find the perfect tile for my new beach house kitchen backsplash. Stratta has a wonderful selection of beautiful and unique tile to choose from. I am so thankful to have had Marissa help me make my selection. The tile is absolutely stunning in my new kitchen! Thank you!!!

The Stratta team was fantastic! The ownership handled our project from beginning to end ensuring a perfect job. They were great to work with and customer service was absolutely outstanding. If you're looking for a tile partner don't bother looking any further. They promise excellence and they DELIVER!

Stratta has a wonderful selection of tile from many different vendors. As a designer that is always looking for unique and creative ways to design spaces, Stratta is the only showroom I can use and always find what my client is looking for! This place is truly a gem!

I have been looking for tile for my laundry room for awhile. I have been to other tile places and have brought samples home before. I happened to walk into Stratta Tile and I could not believe how beautiful the showroom is. I immediately set up an appointment to come back at a later date to find tile. Nikki has tile that I have never seen before. She took so much time with me and was extremely helpful. I received follow up phone calls and emails with CAD drawings. Stratta always returned my phone calls answered all of my questions and did what they said they would do. Remember, I was only looking for tile in my laundry room. Nikki recommended someone to instal the tile. Brian actually showed up on time, he cleaned up after he was finished and was professional. I am so impressed with Stratta Tile, the staff and Nikki!! You must stop in and see the store!

I was referred to this place by my contractor - probably because I was looking for something out of the ordinary, but I wasn't exactly sure what. This place is like walking into a shabby chic country barn of little ceramic and glass goodies... some of it seemed like it should be eaten. Marissa was my person the whole way through this long and arduous process called "choose today something you'll LOVE for the next 15 years"... no pressure. It has the unique, the very unique and then it also has everything else and what I liked about it was that I could play with the regular tile up against the unique stuff -- what I ended up with was a nice mix - very classy, very chic & touches of glam. We had an issue with a few boxes of tile arriving from the manufacturer cracked, but the owner swept in and fixed it by rush shipping the replacements. It was a great experience and I'd recommend this place for it's great mix of options & the great personality of the people and the place.
