We ordered a tile from Strictly Mosaic to complete a project and received the wrong size. They fixed the issue immediately by shipping the correct tile which arrived promptly and was well packaged to prevent damage to the tile. They went the extra step to refund the cost of the tile we ordered. I would highly recommend them because of the service I received and because of their competitive price.
