A few words of praise for Terramano Tile in San Antonio Texas. Five years ago we hired Terramano to tile our home. It turned out fantastic! We were so pleased with the attention to detail in their design, work ethic, clean up and overall customer satisfaction that we hired the company again in September 2021 to tile our outside courtyard, steps and porch. Again, excellent, excellent job. We consistently get complements from guest on the beauty of our tile both in our home and our courtyard. Very happy with Terramano and would be happy to recommend the company to anyone wanting an absolutely excellent tile experience for their home or business. In fact I did recommend them to a close friend who did use them. He told me he and his wife were "blown away" by the beauty of their job.

I bought tile from this company a few years ago for the entire first floor of my house. Family owned business, good costumer service. Had a great time meeting Guillermo and his wife. The product is exceptional! hand made, clay tile directly from Mexico. It has been 10 years since my floor was installed and it is still in excellent condition. Easy to clean, heavy duty material. Could not recommend this company enough. I request their maintenance services every couple of years and I love that I can still call Guillermo, the owner of the company directly and he will go out his way to make sure we are taken care of.

I purchased 1350 sf of tile from Terramano. We had difficulties getting the tile because they do not deliver to new builds. Five crates arrived. The quality of the tile is beyond substandard. There are dog footprints, holes, cracks and chips too large to overlook. One third of the area to be tiled has already been laid, assuming the company would replace to substandard tile. Initially the owner “Guillermo”, agreed to replace all of the dog print and damaged tiles. However, with two of the five crates now filled with damaged tiles, and months of discussion over quality and requests for replacement, he refuses to make the situation right. I paid $9300 for this product. This is my third project with saltillo tile. I am very clear about variations in Saltillo. But this is pure and simple BAD PRODUCT. DO NOT waste your money or time with this company.
