Tile Circle's customer service was outstanding, they were waiting on a shipment of my tile and told me they would notify me when it came in - they not only notified when it came in but again when it shipped, and then facilitated a return of several extra sheets of tile. Everything went like clockwork. It took me a long time to pick this accent tile and I love it.

Questions concerning application were answered; tips for installation were always given. Kelly continued to show interest as to how the tile application turned out. The mother-of-pearl tile I ordered was the best price I found on-line. The tile was shipped immediately with quick delivery. Then they cared enough to follow up and make sure I was satisfied the product and if I needed anything else. The entire process was easy and professional.

We purrchased Mother of Pearl tile for our backsplash as part of our kitchen remodel earlier this year. The tile is beautiful, and while it presents more of a challenge and careful preparation than your standard tile, it's well worth it. Tile Circle, namely Kelly, was outstanding and very helpful from beginning to end. We ordered a sample sheet first and once we knew this was what we wanted we ordered enough tile for the whole project. Kelly was quick to answer any questions we had about application, quality, and installation. We love our new kitchen, especially the backsplash, and happy that we made the right choice working with Tile Circle on this project.

I found my tiles from a picture on Houzz.com that provided info on where to purchase them. I ordered my white seashell tiles from Tilecircle.com and absolutely love how it came it!!! They are gorgeous! They look exactly like the picture- you won't be disappointed! Also in the box they didn't look as white as I thought but once you put them up with white grout they are super sparkly and white! If you used a creme grout they would look more cremeish though- so make sure you get the right color grout- the tiles can kind of take on the color of grout you use. Also my tile came SUPER fast like a couple days or something! Tile Circle has excellent customer service too.

Both types of mother of pearl tiles we ordered were shipped promptly, arrived in pristine condition and were very easy to install using Set and Spray tile adhesive. Grouting was a breeze. Overall look is amazing.....absolutely gorgeous! I get compliments from everyone who walks into our home. I will order again from Tile Circle in the future. We installed the 1" hexagon tile as our kitchen backsplash and the 1" horizontal subway tile as our powder room backsplash. Both tiles add an air of elegance to our home.

I ordered the mini subway tiles for a kitchen backsplash. The tiles arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. They were easy for my contractor to install and they look beautiful. The tiles are very luminous and I had none that were not perfectly shaped.

We ordered the Mother of Pearl White 1x1 Square Tiles for our shower. The tiles are very good quality and beautiful. Customer service guided us through what tiles would be appropriate for a wet area and were helpful with install and after care instructions. Tiles were delivered quickly with no breakages. I would highly recommend Tile Circle.

I ordered Tile Circle's beautiful mother of pearl round tile for a recent bath remodel accent. It arrived in two days. I wanted to experiment with a darker grout for contrast, but the installers didn't stop for approval after a few hidden inches, as requested. When I disliked the dark grout, I had to replace the tile. Again, the item was in stock and arrived within two days. With the proper grout, it's totally gorgeous and I couldn't be happier.
