Tiled Interiors

Not a great experience. Looked for backsplash only. Donna came to the house but responded to text messages while consulting with us. She took some rushed measurements which proved to be short. This of course required the installers to come back. Everybody makes mistakes but what bothered me immensely is that there was no recognition and apology. I have to say that the shop has a nice veriety and the order was expeditiously. Customer service is lacking. I expect better from a small business that depends on reviews and referrals

Donna Martin personifies talent and professionalism. She skillfully oversees a project from start to finish and her insight is unsurpassed. As an interior designer, Donna is my only source for tile and her expertise is an asset for the at home shopper as well the interior design community!

Donna Martin at Tiled Interiors is extremely creative, talented, professional and easy to work with. I had a long narrow bathroom being used for 3 bedrooms that I wanted to redesign, but I didn't know where to start. Donna was recommended by a neighbor so I went to her before I even knew what I was doing with the bathroom. She didn't hesitate to come over to my house to look at what I was working with and give me several proposed layouts. She thought the best approach would be to split the bathroom into 2 separate bathrooms, which we had never even considered. Once we committed to dividing it, she created the full design plans we could use to compare prices from various contractors and use for permitting. All of this before we paid her even a dollar. When I sat down with her to actually select the tiles, she had already spent hours on our project and knew exactly what we were working on. She was aware of our budget and used standard tiles in very creative ways so that both bathrooms look so unique and expensive and yet we used mostly subway tiles. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Donna and Tiled Interiors. Doug is great, too!! Highly recommend.
