Highly recommend Touchdown Tile! They took our old, non-functional fireplace and gave it a beautiful, era-appropriate tile makeover. The design assistance was top-notch, and the installers did quality work. The installers were also efficient, clean, and courteous. An excellent experience from start to finish.

The management and customer service was absolutely stellar. The quality of their workmanship and their attention to detail was excellent. I had hired a contractor to remodel my master bath. He was unable to complete the job. My nephew, Jeremy (Sensitive Information Hidden), had use Touchdown and felt they did an excellent job. I called them and the service was great, starting with Reis coming out to see what had to be done - bidding a fair and reasonable price for the situation I was in. The Project Manager Joe called me and reviewed what I needed to have done. He and Elias came out, went over what they would do and what the next team would do when the tile on the shower floor, niche, walls, floor and trim were completed. Elias is a hard worker who did a wonderful job and had my bathroom looking beautiful - no longer a construction zone. Kyle the next Project Manager came out - took out a countertop on my vanity and laid out a time line to get the rest of the jobs completed - shower door, safety bar, new countertop and hardware. This company and employees know the definition of Good Customer Service and do a Quality Job. They were reassuring - we can do what you need done! What more can I say - Thank You! I truly appreciated the Qualifications and Perfectionists on the job!

Joe and his crew from Touchdown Tile did an excellent job on the installation of our backsplash. Finished job looks beautiful. They made it so easy for us and were respectfully collaborative throughout the process -- to consultation on design, to working with us on ordering materials, to demolition and installation. As soon as we walked into the Touchdown Tile showroom, we knew we were dealing with true professionals. Kyle walked us through a number tile color, and style options. After reviewing a number of options, we settled on the tile that he thought would be perfect for our project. He was 100% right! We really love the color and style Kyle recommended. Once all was ordered and scheduled, our project was handed over to Joe. Joe has 38 years of experience in the tile floor industry. He made sure all facets of the install were done quickly, and professionally. Joe explained each step in the install process, and stopped by our house numerous times, to make sure all was going well and on schedule. Crew did a beautiful installation of backsplash tile including cutting angled pieces along the hood vent all the way to the ceiling. Thoroughly cleaned the area when finished. Job was rescheduled due to shipping delays of the tile, but Kyle kept me informed and the installation was completed quickly upon receipt of the tile. Was a very pleasant experience.
