this is the worst company I have ever encountered. contacted Edison for a tree removal project. he sent me quotation after weeks. And then, after I confirmed to go ahead. Edison never replied whether it is mail or phone. I asked my son to call him, who replied, thinking that my son maybe a new prospect. My son forwarded the quotation Edison sent to me and asked for follow up. Again, he never replied or called back. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable. NEVER GIVE BIZ to Such company that is totally unprofessional. After quotation then never replied. If you do not want the biz, you should not even quote in the first place.
