They gave my tree a disease. I paid $950 to have my Avocado tree pruned. And the guys climbed up the tree with dirty spikes and gave my tree a disease. This is not MY OPINION but that of two arborists that I had come out and assess the tree. To make things worse, they charged me $200 to spray the tree, and then completely GHOSTED me when they were supposed to return and spray again, at a "discounted rate" if you can imagine that they were going to charge me TWICE to treat a disease that THEY BROUGHT to the tree. They also, tried to tell me because it rained the night they trimmed that was the cause of the fungus. If that were the case all the places they cut would have had fungus as well, not just the spike path. You can clearly see the path. The saddest part is this beautiful 65 year-old tree produces amazing fruit every year and now the next time it fruits (IF IT FRUITS) we will have to throw away the fruit because we had to have the tree injected to try and save it. Should change their name to WORST VALUE TREE SERVICE.
