AWFUL. They came to replace one side of our fence and install a gate. During this process they managed to cut the refrigerant line to our A/C system, which was not buried but connected to the side of the home as they normally are. The temperature inside of our home went up to over 85 degrees, forcing us to leave our home for the night since we have small children and go to a hotel. Ramiro Perez refused to take any responsibility and was extremely rude and unprofessional when we asked him to contribute to the repairs. The total cost of our hotel stay and A/C repair was ~$1,000, all of which was caused by this company. They also didn't clean up after themselves and left tons of debris, nails and old fence boards lying around in the front and backyard. We also found large pieces of old cement stuck behind our A/C condenser as if they were too lazy to discard of them properly. There are tons of better options out there for your fence and tree needs. Stay away from this company.

This is absolutely the worst contractor ever! Lies and sub par work is what you will receive if you hire them. Do not use!!

Hired this company to remove three branches from tree behind town home. Broke neighbor's car taillight with first branch. Took picture, contacted supervisor and was assured issue would be resolved. Helped neighbor get in touch with company. They visited his home, assessed damage and told him they ordered the part. Followed up one week later. The supervisor stated that now the two workers were saying the homeowner caused the damage "trying to help." They did not order the part as stated, refused to do anything else and said my neighbor and I could no longer contact them. BEWARE!

Let me start, with that I have used these services before. I had an appointment at 8:00 and by 9:00 , I contacted them when nobody showed. They stated that an emergency came up and that they would be there after noon. By 1:15, when nobody had reached out to me to provide an update, I called them again. This time they said that they would be there after 2:00. The tree trimming finally took place with the initial agreement to haul the branches away and I was told that this would take 2 hours. About 3 hours later, I came out side and they started trimming my neighbors tree without completing my job. They offered no discount or apology for the horrible experience. 9 hours of my day have been wasted. Although, I was eager to use their service I will never patronize this location again.
