Left without finishing the job, promised to return, didn't return, was belligerent and combative when asked about it, then hung up on me. This is a tree and stump removal service. Their own contract that they provide clearly states that stumps will be cut down to between 2 and 4 inches high. Mark left a major stump in my yard at a height of 16 inches and refused to resolve the issue although I had already paid him in full. Now I am left with a giant stump in my yard and I must call another contractor or rent a stump grinder myself to complete the job. There are a lot of tree service companies in this general area. You would probably do well to look elsewhere.
