Mr. Rick W. Sartor,
I want to retract the negative comments I wrote in a previous letter about you and your RWS Tree Service regarding the current job I hired you to do for me. Mr. Sartor, you completed two Cedar tree removals under the most favorable working conditions a few years ago. I am very pleased and happy with the results and the expertise that you and our Team of workers accomplished as was agreed upon. The current job like the first, except for the quantity of trees, was more challenging due to the variable inclement weather patterns of many rainy and strong windy days we've been having while the job was progressing in a stop and go manner which took longer than anticipated. At times we had missed communications about problems that came up during the course of the job, and I know you tried the best of your ability to fix. For me, I just wanted to see the trees down and gone. I should have been more tolerant seeing that you had more to deal with than my own perceived results of the job being completed. I should have realized that your problems of coordinating the job with your workmen, timing, obtaining and moving vehicles to and from the work site was more on your mind. In my anger and losing my cool nature, I wrote comments I didn't really mean to write, it just blurted out of my mind to write about you and that was not nice for a Customer / Contractor relationship, and I am truly sorry. Mr. Sartor, I again retract my negative comments against you.
I know you to be an honest, hard working, dedicated, expert, and professional businessman in your field of Tree Service. I thank you for another job well done. Thank you again for going out of your way in help to complete the job we agreed upon despite weather and other factors causing delays on the job. I am very pleased and happy with the results of your expertise, and the dangerous and difficult job of your workers in this business. Please extend my best wishes to your Team of workers. I hope in the future, I can call upon your expertise again.
Sincerely,
Harold Liban
