Mandip and Ranjit are our installers and we find them very polite and professional. They did a good installation job and fixed some small issues after we raised them.

I was extremely happy with the service from A1 Windows! They replaced my old windows at my townhouse. I spoke with Dena and Raymond on several occasions to plan all aspects of the install (quote, design options, etc...) and they delivered everything just as they promised. They sent three installers (Ranjit, Mandip and Gurpreet) they were very skilled workers and I was highly impressed with their professionalism. They took the time to lay sheets on the floors to not cause any damage, cleaned up and swept all debris, and had zero issues installing the windows. I would highly recommend A1 Windows to anyone, they were reliable, professional and do great work.

I worked with Sarb at A1 for my home renovation project and it was a great experience. The service provided was absolutely stellar; multiple home visits for accurate measurements, design input for our renovation, and honest advice on what level of product to select for my house. We wanted a particularly hard to design window for a pass-thru to our sundeck, and A1 was able to modify their design to suit our needs.The installation crew came on time and completed in two days, cleaning up after themselves each day. The windows we selected reduced the noise coming into the house and increases the insulation of our building envelope. Overall a great experience and will be using them again in the future.

Installers worked quickly, put down drop cloths where they were working and did a good job of caulking the seams. The low noise windows have greatly reduced outside noise.

David at A1 windows did 5 windows for us last summer and now here in March we are getting three more put in. The price is competitive, the windows are good quality, David has wonderful service and the installers were polite, very fast and paid attention to every little detail. I especially liked that they caulked the windows inside and out and replaced the blinds without me asking. I would highly recommend them.
