Fasada transformed my home.The quality of their work was outstanding.Installation was done earlier than expected. All staff were very professional & completed the project in record time. I highly recommend them.

I have not had a good experience with Fasada. I ordered a new front door and garage door from them and paid up front, in full to get the best price. However this appears to have been a mistake as the service has been very poor. Installation of my garage door was incomplete, with parts missing, and I have sent two emails to them asking for follow up and correction of the deficiency with no response. They scheduled my front door installation for a week when I had already told them I was out of town and when I asked to be rescheduled, it was a hassle. I have not found them to be responsive to my concerns at all. Will NEVER use Fasada again.

Fasada came in last week to replace our windows on our first and second floors. From the initial quote to the painter coming to paint the interior trim, everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Ivica, the owner, dealt with us in the beginning in a very efficient manner, and provided the quote quickly, answered any questions we had (there were a few!), and had us booked in for a month later. Tony and his installation team were fast, polite, and also took time to answer any questions we had during the install. It's the little details that count, and this company has that down; they offer features as standard that you pay extra for with other companies, and when installing they ensure they do not damage anything, and clean up wonderfully after themselves. Mark the painter was also very polite and fast, getting his role completed sooner than we expected. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get windows done - you will not be disappointed!

I have used Fasada for California shutters in 3 separate houses. Each time, staff were helpful and professional. They had good suggestions on how to cover our windows and lots of options. Delivery was pretty fast, especially since the shutters must be custom made. The price point is good for the high quality products. Installation was painless, with no issues. Our windows look great!

Fasada was recommended to me by one of my neighbour's and I was very pleased to utilize them for my replacement windows and doors. From start to finish, very professional, helpful and honest. I felt very comfortable with the Consultant who came to my home and offered their advice on best options that suited the home and explained the key specifications I inquired about. They were the only company to offer brick to brick installation for my replacement windows, everyone else was going straight for the retrofits in their quotes. When comparing apples to apples, Fasada had by far the best price and value for the job being done and in addition, offered fabulous promotions to my job (I received a free gift for liking them on Facebook, free interior trim painting for the windows and even a gift card towards my purchase of blinds/shutters for my next project!). Great turn around times and professional installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for windows, doors and even shutters and blinds - that will be my next project with them!
