I couldn’t be happier with the remodeling Grayhawk did to my home in the Inlets in Bradenton. Todd and his crews went above and beyond to get the job done right. They transformed the kitchen, bath, and master suite into more open and functional spaces that I will enjoy for years to come with family and friends.

Project started off fine but quickly declined in service and quality. Poor response and communication. Project was never completed and another company took over the project to finish. Complete disrespect for the customer.

Please look elsewhere. These people are incompentent and the most basic components of a $50,000 bath remodel couldnt even be delivered after 2 years and many tears. For example, ordered wrong vanity and have now painted it 4 times in an attempt to fix it. The shower doors are too short (in an attempt to save money) and water sprays all over the bathroom floor. Lastly, a heated floor was installed in the bath but they only realized they couldn't get it to work after the remodel was close to done. There are options in the market, please dont make the mistake I did and spend good money to work with a dishonest and unqualified group of folks

I have worked with Todd and his team on many jobs with his complete knowledge in doors and windows as well as certain remodeling projects . Todd has been somewhat of a mentor and has become a friend in this industry . His experience exceeds most in his field and I find it very comfortable working with him . Grayhawk Window Systems is by far the most educated and experienced Incorporation that I have came across in all my years and will continue to work with Him and his great staff in the future .

We hired Grayhawk initially for the purchase & installation of our new windows and doors, and were so impressed we used them for our Kitchen remodel and again for our Master Bath remodel. Their prices are very competitive, their staff is professional, and Todd always made himself available for questions we had. Thank you Grayhawk for helping us turn our house into our home.
