Back in 2013 we had windows installed by integrity. Their claim was 50 year warranty and when I asked about it, they said yes they would come out and replace the window for free that is part of the warranty. when we just called them because we have blemishes in between a glass that we can’t fix. They told us we have to pay a service charge for them to come out and replace one little top window that has a blemishes in it over $120 for a service charge when we’re supposed to have 50 year warranty. I was not happy even back then when they did The installation, they actually did not clean up properly and I still have air coming in between my windows, I do not recommend this company to do windows. They will lie to you just to get what they want out of you and they are rather expensive.

I had this company install replacement windows on the first floor of my house. On the day they were to do the job, they arrived right when they should have and set right to work. I had old wood frame, single pane glass double hung windows with storm windows that they were to replace. I was simply amazed at the speed and precision that they had in doing this job. Even down to a 4'x6' picture window that must have weighed 300+ pounds. They even took the time to clean up everything as they went along. From the sales pitch to the remeasuring to the installation, I have nothing but praise for how the entire process went along. The guys that I dealt with were very professional and extremely accommodating, even when we requested a change to what was originally agreed on. The product looks top notch and does add a better look to the house.
