Had our entire house windows done by Magic. Had a few problems with installation and customer service. When I called initially the call was handled professionally and courteous. Service was sent quickly. They sent the wrong window replacement, had to make an additional appointment. They came within 4 days with the right window. Milap was amazing and very helpful. I asked him to look at the blinds while he was here and he said I had to call the service department again. I called while he was here and the service consultant told me I had to book another appointment. I asked her if you could just check the blinds it would take a matter of minutes she told me no I had to make another appointment. I said it doesn’t make sense if he’s already here, as our conversation went, she told me to shut up and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the supervisor and said I wanted to speak to the owner. She told me she would leave a message and I never heard anything. I called back at reception and asked to speak to someone they put me through the service again. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner. Nothing was done, then on August 13 2026 I got a call from the owner Saul He said he would come Friday. Saul showed up with a gift and sat and ask questions on my side of the story, and then explained that he spoken to several of the people involved and was going to correct the problem. I showed him the screens and the window wall, and the problems I had concerns about. He said that he would look after this personally, and send someone right away to correct the problem. I have to admit I was a little unhappy about the process, but when the owner comes himself to make sure that your concerns are met, that means a lot to me as a customer. This shows me that Saul cares about his business and his customers. I would certainly recommend Magic windows to everybody.

We had three windows and one patio door installed by Magic Window about 3 years ago, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing -especially given the premium price. The installation quality was careless and unprofessional. The crew rushed through the job, damaging our walls and trim instead of doing proper, clean cuts. As shown in the photos, there are visible gaps in the trim, uneven caulking, and poorly finished edges. It looks sloppy and unfinished, not what you would expect from a company like this. The most serious issue is the patio door itself. During heavy rain with strong wind, water leaks directly into our bedroom. The drainage system in the frame clearly does not function properly, which points to a major flaw in either the product or installation. This has already caused damage to our hardwood floors. On top of that, there was fog between the glass panels shortly after installation, indicating a failed seal. The design of one of the windows is also completely impractical. The window above our kitchen sink has two handles, but the top handle is placed so high that it’s unreachable without a ladder - making the window essentially unusable. This is a basic design failure that should never have happened. Overall, this has been a frustrating and costly experience. Poor workmanship, visible defects, design flaws, and water leakage are simply unacceptable at this price point. We would not recommend them.

Magic Windows installed a beautiful bay window in my front bedroom, and I honestly can’t believe how much it transformed the entire space. The installation was done professionally, on time, and with great care—everything about the process was reliable and smooth. It might sound strange, but I genuinely love my windows. I never expected to feel this way about something so simple, but they’ve completely changed the feel of the room—more light, better insulation, and they just look amazing. A few months after installation, I noticed the screen wasn’t closing properly. I called, expecting a delay, but to my surprise they answered right away and sent a technician almost immediately. The issue was fixed with zero hassle.

Omg i cant be happier with my new magic windows and sliding door. It was a great experience from the very beginning to the very end. I love ❤️ being informed about where my windows were in the process of mfg and the built in window coverings. I only wish i knew how great they were befire investing money on California shutters. Dont hesitate and contact Magic for a free in home consultation and quote. You'll never have to through bug screen to look out again.

absolutely in love with my new windows I couldn’t have asked for a better company than Magic Windows and because it’s Canadian all the better. I am so excited over my bay window that they put in that I tell everybody now that I have a bay window in my bedroom and was the only place that said they could put a bay window in my bedroom everybody else put my suggestion down and said no bay window but not Magic. Thank you for everything you did I love my windows and the guys that did put them in that day did an awesome job and I would recommend Magic to anybody who wants new windows so thanks again great job great work and beautiful Windows thank you Debbie Friesen

I had an issue with one of my window. I was able to get a quick turn around time for service. Raman visted and did an inspection and repair. Raman was very helpful and answered my questions and alleviated my concerns. I am please with the service provided by Magic. Thanks to the Magic team

I have never experienced a company so dedicated to there customers happiness as Magic Windows have done for me. Magic windows have gone beyond and above a regular company expectations. They stood behind all there products and installations. I started with Magic Windows in 2018 and was pretty happy. So I returned to finish my house with more great windows. And they blew me away. Going above and beyond to make me a happy customer. My sales rep Karol Warminiec has a lot to do with my happiness. He went to bat for me and came out a winner. I'm so very grateful for your dedication to your customers and your company Magic window. My 3 amazing installers. Came with joy and respect. Very cold day and they worked very steady and the outcome was amazing Because they have pride in there work and this is not taught to you. You either have it or not and Salvo and his team sure have love for what they do. Thank you Karol and Salvo. For making me very warm and installing beautiful windows for me.
