Matus Windows

The Matus team was great to work with. The windows were provided on time as agreed. The installation was done well. When I had concerns, the Matus team was quick to address them. Prior to completing the work, the installers walked me through and addressed any items I brought up (example: a request to touch up some caulking). When I had a concern after they left, they promptly returned and addressed it. Part of the reason I went with Matus was their reputation for service. I was not disappointed and would use them again.

I had called Matus Windows to find out about replacing some weather stripping on the bottom of our door which they had installed a couple of years ago. The door, by the way is gorgeous, has held up really well and the crew did an awesome job of installation. But back to the weather stripping. Matus quickly got the part in, called to scheduled an appointment to do the work. They were on time, courteous and very careful with our beautiful door as they had to take it off the hinges to replace the bottom weather stripping. Matus Windows is a great company. They always return my phone calls and emails. They show up when expected, do an excellent job and never make a mess.

Great service, from the time Joe came out to measure my doors to the installation. Living in South Phillly, my home is quite old so the doors had to be custom made. They look fabulous and are of great quality and design. I would highly recommend Matus Windows!

Matus windows were great to work with for new windows in my Philadelphia home. The price, service, and installation were all top notch. I ended up with 5 Marvin windows on the front of my brick home that they seamlessly installed while keeping the original external woodwork around the framesin my brick 3 story home.

We really like Matus! We have used them over the years...for a total of 8 windows and 5 doors, all are custom orders. Great Customer service, Great workmanship and they clean up after they have completed the job. They are more expensive than the other two big box hardware stores but you get a TRUE custom piece and the quality is SO MUCH better! So do your home etc. a favor and treat it to Matus Windows and Doors :-)Mike (our contact person) is Awesome!

This is the second security door I have ordered from Matus. A wide selection of colors and styles, updated sleek (no outside screws showing) and light weight design on new security door compared to first security door which is now 5 years old. They will come out to your house to pre measure your door with catalog of all color and design choices that they leave with you to make your choice at your leisure. Installers work quickly and efficiently to install door. My first door had a loose weather strip seal on bottom and they replaced that free of charge while here installing new security door. I notice that the tight custom fit of security door cuts down on cold drafts entering house. Each door also comes with screen you can put in for spring, summer and fall. Very happy and satisfied with both purchases and I would (and already have) recommended Matus Windows to my friends.

We replaced two big bay windows and two doors because we were feeling cold winter drafts coming in. This was a renovation that we had been wanting to do for years, for the sake of energy efficiency, and it was very expensive. But it feels worth it now! The crew from Matus Windows were professional and capable. The windows themselves, from Martin, are excellent: we noticed an immediate reduction in drafts as well as in street noise, and our ground floor is warmer now. My husband is now suggesting that we save to replace other windows. Note: It took 2 months after putting down the installment until the installation happened, but it was worth the wait, and again, we're glad we did it.
