NSE Windows has provided some of the best customer service I have experienced. We are in the process of a large renovation/ restoration of a 130 yr old home with over 45 windows. Eric and his staff guided us through the process step by step and made what was a very overwhelming phase of the project easy and enjoyable. We chose a more customized Marvin style which ended up being a huge investment, and when we ran into some problems during installation NSE stepped in immediately to help correct all the issues. We have worked with countless vendors throughout our renovation process and none of them come close to the level of customer service and genuine care/ consideration NSE has provided. We are only half way through our window replacement and I wouldn't think twice about continuing to work with NSE Windows to complete the job.

Hi Eric, I am writing because I believed it was important to provide feedback on my experience with your company NSE Windows. The installation of seven Marvin Ultimate Double Hung windows at my home in Centerport was completed today and I have to say that I could not be happier with the product, the process, and the end result. My home is over 100 years old and the moldings were intricate and required careful thought and meticulous measurement to achieve the optimal installation. In addition, the workers were dealing with plaster walls and existing materials that were from that long ago period in time. Mike and his team were able to execute this job with a level of skill and attention to detail that could not be surpassed. In addition, Mike’s team was receptive, polite, and dedicated to doing a good job. I must say that the entire experience exceeded all my expectations.
