We love working with Rosti, & we love the windows we've gotten thus far. We plan on getting a few each yr, until all are replaced with Seemray. I don't think I will ever go back to a non-European windows style again. Rosti is quick to respond, kind & helpful. He's definitely a rarety these days! We have no complaints whatsoever!

The windows are great! I'm building a new house myself. I'm shooting for as close to Passive House standards as I can afford. It is airtight (with conditioned fresh air intake) and well insulated. These windows seal 'completely', and with triple glazing, they definitely contribute to the performance of the house. I've been working on the house for years (4,000 sq/ft), doing as much as I can myself. My central HVAC isn't hooked up yet, and I can make it through the summers with 2 AC window units, and the summer with about 2-3 space heaters that cycle normally and don't run all the time. Also, when there are big temperature fluctuations, and the weather drops about 20 degrees, the house will keep temp for days without anything running! Ok, enough about the windows. These days I find it rare to get good customer service. I had an issue when it came time to get my close-wall inspection. The glass in my staircase landing needed to be tempered/laminated. Mine are laminated, and they required documentation that specified it. I emailed Seemray and they provided me with the documentation I needed right away. Also, I had to remove the window sashes to install my window units during construction. I happened to lose one of the bushings that go with the upper hinge. I emailed Seemray and they shipped me a few extras (in case I lose one again). I wish I built houses professionally, I'd definitely encourage people to choose these windows.

We are so happy with this windows. Great price. Energy-efficient,sound proof. Easy to open from the inside. Strongly recommend. It's s worth the price.

We built a house close to the gulf coast and wanted the highest quality construction products. Seemray windows have been an amazing find. The windows open for easy cleaning and tilt in to catch the breeze. Seemray has worked well with us on any issues that we have encountered.

This kind of window I have been looking for a long time, and THIS window is amazing. The highest quality, made in Germany, opens inward and on the top as well /tilt and turn window/. The owner of the company, Rosti, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He really cares about his customers, and the process of ordering and getting the window was smooth and pleasant. Recommend this company without hesitation.

I was very happy to finally find the windows through Seemray for the entire home renovation. I have been looking specifically for tilt and turn windows. I got overpriced quotes from other companies and no windows were available in a short period of time. Seemray made it happen, all in one package: quality, service and price. They were able to custom build a turn and tilt window to fit my 120 year old house. The look is amazing, it definitely ‘fits’ the look of the rest of the house and allows better ventilation. I will be ordering more windows as the work on the house continues.

Installed several tilt and turn windows for my bedroom, and I love it. The company has excellent customer service and is very professionally run. (One example: during the installation the crew took great care to make sure they kept my apartment clean). Certainly would do business with them again.

The tech was prompt and efficient during the window installation. I was very happy with the installation of my new windows - he was efficient and meticulous with his work and he took my old door away. I plan on using Seemray again for windows in the near future to replace my parent’s windows.
