My wife and I were in the need of a front door, back door, two storm doors and visited their showroom in Summit. We were greeted by a very nice customer service rep who set us up with an appointment to meet a salesman at our residence. We already had an idea what we wanted from visiting their showroom. The salesman who came to our house was a gentleman and never once gave us any pressure tactics. Instead he gave us our pricing options with each choice we made. Through the miracle of AI, he was able to show us how the doors would look on our residence once they were installed. We surprised the salesman and placed the order on the spot. He arranged for a person to come out and measure and several weeks later, we had our doors installed. The installation crew was so meticulous and thorough and made sure we were completely happy. They cleaned up nicely and were a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to buy them lunch but they wouldn't accept it. The communication from this company was outstanding. Emails, texts, and phone calls giving us updates and scheduling. Remember, you get what you pay for. This was not cheap. This is not a Home Depot door. These are high quality constructed doors. They offer financing. We scouted around before we chose this company and we are glad we did. I know that if I ever have a problem with these doors, I can call them and they will be back and not a contractor who the company hired. All our neighbors are commenting on how beautiful the doors look and even asked for the name of the company. It's worth the money!

Cons: Very bad after service support and planning. I had a broken window (at the time of their installataion) and a need for changing the moulding on a couple of windows. It took them over 4 months to get the day scheduled (and this was not because of product delay) and even after that they werent prepared for the job, there was overall confusion from the guy who comes in to do the job vs the person i talk to on the phone. Pathetic display of customer service. All their promise about windows support post installation goes out the windows for me. I will use another service for the rest of my house now. Pros: Windows are good quality.

John was prompt for his estimate appointment, explained to me some options I that I had. I use the room as my office and my desk chair has wheels, I told him I was thinking about putting down a plastic floor protector, but thanks to John asking the right questions we just added an additional finish which increases the durability and I don't need an ugly floor protector. The workmen showed up as scheduled and completed the job as promised, I was back in my office, rolling my chair, the same day, and the floor is perfect.

I can't thank them enough. They are amazing at what they do, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable hardwood floor refinishing service. I loved how I was able to enjoy my newly refinished floors the same day. I also have small children, so the fact that they use safe and non-toxic products were a huge plus . I commend them on their fantastic customer service, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the entire project. Highly Recommended.
