I highly recommend Triad Installations to anyone that needs to hire a company for replacing a roof. They just replaced our old roof today and did an excellent job and were very professional and polite. I will definitely be contacting them again when I need more home repairs because of the quality of their work and the integrity of their company. Rich is a man of his word and there were no surprise costs when the job was done. We are very pleased customers!

Triad installations and owner Rich Barlow are without a doubt the best in the business. Rich and his crew installed 19 new windows, vinyl siding and trim, a new front entry door and gutters. He used quality materials all guaranteed for life. All of this was done for a price that was well within our budget and offered tremendous value. The crew was prompt and courteous and added extras and ideas that made the house the best looking house on the block. I would definitely recommend Triad to anyone looking for home improvements that offer quality and style.

I asked for a quote for a replacement roof on a rental house. An itemized quote was received. The job was completed and all the work was done according to the quotation. I was well pleased. A small repair job on another rental house has been done since the larger one with the same results.

I had contacted a number of siding companies to get an estimate for a small project. I wanted to convert a section of house from board and batten to a shake style. A number of companies came and went without providing cost or follow up. Evidentially not residing the entire house was not appealing to some contractors. Triad Installations stepped in a took the job and I am very happy with what they did. Rich was very helpful with suggestions and samples provided. The look is great and I appreciate everything they did.

Rich was very professional and gave me advises on what type of shingles i needed to install also on color selection. The work they did was fabulous and I absolutely love our new architecture roof. Triad Installations did a fantastic job for us. They replaced our roof and upgraded us with a new ridge vent and great looking architectural shingles. Rich was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. They were always ready to help us and did the job quickly. Mr. Barlow is extremely professional and handles each customer with care. He listens to the needs of the customer and will take care of any issue(s) raised immediately. I enjoyed working with him on our home improvement project would not hesitate to hire him again or refer him to a friend. His prices are reasonable and his crews works fast and is very clean and respectful.

A few months ago I had Mr. Barlow and his roof foreman check my roof because I was having inside leaks and my roof was only 10 years old. I had already spent several hundred dollars to have others give me all kinds of reports; none of which I thought was correct. Within 20 minutes of being on my roof, Mr. Barlow and his foreman were showing me pictures of my problems. It had been improperly installed 10 years ago and the problem was showing up now. I decided instead of patching, I would replace. Mr. Barlow's company (Triad) did a tremendous job; prompt, cleaned every piece of material including old nails, etc... I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Triad Installations has provided 3 roofs and a vinyl ceiling on my property. The time frame is honored, specified materials were used, and clean-up including cigarette butts provided. Some requested materials that were left over remained for future patch if needed. Rick talked an unknowing me through some of the process. I appreciated his time explaining in order for me to feel more comfortable with the outcome.

We were very highly impressed with Triad Installations! They have added a beautiful deck on the back of our home and also constructed a beautiful carport! Rich Barlow and his crew worked very hard and on a couple of Saturdays were working at the house to complete he job!
