Fixing a tilt and open window in lower Manhattan. Made me pre pay for a visit - rescheduled several times. When they came they said I needed parts to fix the window and would have to come back. That then meant prepay for another visit, and pre-purchase the parts they needed. After several reschedules, they came and said they got the wrong parts. I waited a week and then had to reach out to find out when they can come back. Its now been over a month since last visit - 2 months since they took my money. I am out $4400 and they have now ghosted me.

Highly professional and courteous people. The whole process of replacing 6 windows in two apartments went smoothly and right on schedule, starting from the estimate. Communication was great and they worked with me in coordinating with tenants and contractor. The new windows are a big improvement and heating bills have been lower since they were installed (now about 16 months ago). After a couple months, one of the seals leaked, but they came over right away and fixed it.
