However, around the 15 minute point, I was a captive audience. He was extremely personable, but more importantly, a wealth of knowledge. He did a stellar job of clinically explaining the components of the windows and warranty; the quote was excellent. Subsequently, I have recommended Mr. Kuntz to family and friends and look forward to my installation.

We were shopping for windows and had received an estimate from Window Nation and some other companies to replace some windows in our home. We were not sure who we were going to go with, until our next door neighbors had there windows replaced. The company they chose was Window Nation. I watched how they installed the windows and how they took care of their property and how clean they worked. That is what sold me on going with Window Nation. When the installers Mike and his partner (sorry, can't remember his name) showed up they were nothing but top notch. We had the whole house done 22 Windows in all and through the entire process they worked carefully and cleanly. After they were done they cleaned up and you would not have even known they were there. The only thing left behind were some beautifully installed windows. From the initial process of selecting the windows to the final install every part of the process of getting new windows was a great experience from Window Nation.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The windows were an easy sell because the prior owners of the new house we already had Window Nations windows installed. There's only one NOT Window Nation window in our house and we can see the difference. With that said, aside from knowing the windows were top of the line we just had a great experience with the sales person, the follow up calls to schedule our job and the window installers themselves, John and Joe went above and beyond. Erica our Install Auditor and Ivy our rep over the phone were great. I can't recommend this company enough. The high quality windows themselves are worth it. But the employees made us feel even more reassured with the product and company. Thanks everyone!

We have had numerous window companies give estimates over the last few years. Renewal By Andersen, Pella and a few others. All had really great windows but all were ridiculously expensive. Window Nation gave us a great estimate and followed through with a great product, excellent follow-up and an outstanding installation experience. The 3-man crew consisted of a father and his two sons. Dave, Daniel and Jake showed up exactly when we were told they would. All three were friendly, polite, informative and worked hard installing 9 windows on the front of our house. I was with them almost the entire day asking questions and watching them work. When they finished they cleaned up everything and left our house exactly as they found it in the morning. Our house is now more energy efficient and much quieter than before the work was done. We still need 7 more windows in our house and we will definitely work with Window Nation again and request the same crew next time. Well done!

My experience with the install with Tim Maxam's crew was fantastic! From the courtesy phone call before arrival, to the initial walk-through of the job, through tear-out and installation, and finally to clean up and review... this crew really made the day flow smoothly! A whole house of windows done in approximately 7 hours... the teamwork was exceptional to see! I am so happy with the job very well done. Highly recommended!

Window Nation is truly a life saver.

It couldn't have gone better! Matt my salesman was kind, explained thoroughly the different types of windows, what would work best for the house, and gave me a great price! This decision was originally very difficult for me as it was one of the first major purchase after my Husband died in April 2019. I was scared, anxious, and clueless. After my meeting with Matt, all of that went away. The installers were on time, clean, quick, and more importantly for me so very personable!

From the in home estimate to the install, Window Nation was amazing to work with. The Salesman put NO pressure on us, took the time to answer all our questions, figured the best way to save us money on the job and even helped us get a $500 rebate through our utility company. The install team worked extremely hard for 2 days installing 17 windows (2 were custom) and a sliding glass door. They were professional, polite, hard working and you'd never known they were even here they cleaned up so well. No dust or debris was left behind. Great experience...100%

Would highly recommend window Nation. On install day installers arrived right on time actually slightly early. they were very professional and courteous. Had 13 windows replaced and was told it would be a 1 to 2 day install. They covered everything in their work area with plastic and cleaned up leaving our house clean if not cleaner where they had worked. They finished all but 3 windows and said they would be back the next morning to finish. Again right on time and finished in 3 hours.

John D was awesome, explained everything and gave us a awesome deal. He compared it to a competitor and I was amazed in the difference.

Kenny and Cory were our lead installers. As with every home project, expect the unexpected. However, during time here, there was never any difficulty or problem. The windows are fantastic! After the very first day of install an immediate difference could be felt in the temperature of the house. So much better, I wish we had done this way before now. Our house is more livable with even temperature throughout. Thanks to the entire team of guys for their attention to detail and professionalism.

Terry Kurtz came to our home to teach and sell his windows. He was extremely knowledgeable about windows, knowing parts and purposes. He had a great display on how windows kept heat in and cold out. Sales consultant is not true they try to get to you first make you sign co tract , make you think competitors are higher price with cheaper pruducts..(they show you all other competitors pricing (not true) do your own research. They get upset sarcastic with you when you dont sign and want to see for your self other products, equal or better than theirs and thousands less. Be smart do your appointments and research then choose

There were two concerns regarding the grids and trim and Ed took the initiative to correct the errors in order for me to be satisfied with the overall product and final look that I wanted.

I rate Terry Kuntz 5 stars. I gave him this rating because his presentation showed that he knew what he was talking about. If you didn't understand something or had a question, he would try his best to explain it. If he couldn't he would get the answer. If there was a problem - monetary or whatever - Terry would try to help work it out. He would also try to work with you on scheduling. Terry seemed to be a salesperson who would help the customer. You don't find that kind of salesperson often. That's why I gave him 5 stars.

The installers were wonderful and actually showed up a little early, on a Saturday, and got the job done quite quick. They were very courteous. They cleaned up perfectly after the installation. They windows look GREAT! I would recommend Window Nation as my windows seemed to block out noise, and noticed that it wasn't as cold when sitting on couch by window. The one negative I have is that my installation was booked for about 3 weeks, and I got a call on a Friday at 5pm to tell me that on Monday my installation was cancelled. I was very upset as I had other work being done that was dependent on the windows being in. I was told I would get a call on Monday and try to find a day but don't know when it would be as they are really far behind, they never called. I also called my sales rep, Chris, and voiced my concern. He also said he would call me back that evening or the next day, no call. I called Window Nation on Wednesday and they actually got someone to come in that Saturday. I am glad they got a knew appointment for me so quickly, but why did I have to call them instead of them calling me back like they said they would. The guy was very nice but made me upset that I had to call them. I almost had to reschedule others hoping they could fit me in as they were busy. Other then them cancelling my install pretty much last minute, I am very pleased. I am not sure of price compared to others as they were the first ones to come and gave me same day booking discount. If I would have known they do that, I would have scheduled others before them to have something to compare to. If you schedule an appointment, make sure you schedule others before them if you are shopping around because the same day discount really helped lower the price.

: From the initial sales call and actually seeing a demo of a window with the heat lamp to the great deal offered, the sound rating, they could be ordered laminated, the amount of windows installed in the area, the windows are manufactured locally, and that one of my colleagues Kevin Talley spoke very highly of your company was all the info we needed to purchase for windows in our master bedroom to reduce the outside noises which they did amazingly well. I recommended them to others as well.

Terrible company. Quoted and phone calls, but six weeks later I'm told the windows were mis-quoted and the contract was ignored. They removed four windows, refused to let me out of the contract and insisted they were giving me a deal. Three weeks of haggling, no phone calls and ongoing lies, offered $ to cancel after saying 10 more weeks before scheduling. They let me out of the contract but no $ for my trouble or hassle or their lies. They refused to return phone calls. Thanks Ray Price!

We are very pleased with the installation of our windows. The installers started the work and completed it on time leaving everything neat and clean. They were courteous, friendly and professional and absolutely knowledgeable.

Tony and Mike were my installers they did a fabulous job.very happy with the workmanship and their professionalism highly recommended. They made my old house look new again. Even some neighbors said they couldn't believe what a difference it made. And this is Windows being installed.

Exceptional service--from the first call to schedule the quote to the installation, the process was easy and everything was delivered as promised. The salesperson was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He explained the process from the measuring to the installation. There was even an auditor that came during installation to check to see that the project was progressing as expected, and to deliver a bottle of window cleaner!

The process of choosing windows, getting them installed and working with the group from a communications standpoint was first rate. We enjoyed the process throughout. I would definitely recommend Window Nation to friends, family, and people I don't know.

We had our windows put in today October 15 2018 I woke up this morning and it was raining so we thought they wouldn’t be here to put the windows in but they said they will be here at 8 AM and they arrived at 8 AM service was great and what a great job they did

Excellent crew of three men came to our home at the earliest scheduled time of 8:00. Very courteous and extremely careful of our situation. We rescue animals and have a number of felines in the house and they were very cognizant and took the utmost caution to protect their safety. My wife and I were very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. Cleanup was very good and thorough. I would have them in our home any time. Great job Window Nation!

Having worked in a customer service environment and call center for a few years I’m privy to high quality service. Also, as someone who had worked their way to a high-level corporate director role, I know quality when I see it. Window Nation has exceeded all my expectations on each part of the process. Scheduling the initial estimate = 5 stars. Very curious and respectful customer service rep. Reminder call for initial estimate = 5 stars. Erica was fantastic. Sales presentation, Brian Zoelle, = 5 stars. I kept him there for 3 hours because I asked so many questions. By the time he left I felt like an informed consumer and I knew the decision I was making was the best. I started off with knowing nothing about windows other than they open and close. Measuring windows = Mark (I didn’t ask last name, my fault) he measured all our windows, answered my questions, and followed up if I had anything else I needed in about 30 minutes. Excellent experience. I did not feel rushed or hurried. He was excellent. Follow up call for installation, Jen (Jane maybe? I can’t remember unfortunately), 5 stars. She went out of her way to make my install work although the power to my house was cut kind of last minute. She was excellent. Install, Richard (I’m 80% sure this was his name, I forgot to double check, my bad), 5 stars. From the minute he walked in my home I knew he was experienced. He made the install look easy. The windows looked like they blended into the material surrounding them as if they were all built together. Mind you my home was built in 1890 and had been updated, probably, once in the 1960’s (the shag carpet gave it away). There were a few uneven surfaces and issues he fixed without hardly breaking a sweat. I should also mention he went to Home Depot to rent a generator to make sure he had the power he needed to make my install work. I really hope you compensate him for this as it would have possibly been some opportunity loss to reschedule my install. If I had cash I would had given it to him for this initiative. Lastly, he was more than ok with me asking a lot of questions because, I personally, like watching contractors work since I’ve been sitting at a desk my entire career. He answered all my questions and educated me on a few areas I didn’t even know to ask. For me, this is a huge deal because, once again, I like learning contractor work. Extremely poor service after installation completed. 6 months after all my windows were replaced at my home, one of the basement windows started to leak water into the basement and damaged the window sill and wall. Called Window Nation multiple times for over 2 months. One tech finally came out, took several pictures from inside and out and said that the problem is with the sealing in the window and the way the window is installed and hence need to be removed and reinstalled. No news afterwards. When I made multiple calls, now they are saying it is the problem with my basement window as the water is getting into the window well and hence the issue. This was not an issue for 15+ years with the old windows and there is a drainage from the window well that goes right into the sump pump in the basement. I tried to explain this to the customer support and service department of window nation but they are not agreeing to repair the issue. This water leak is now making more and more damage to the inside wall and to the window sills. This company is so bad with the after sales support and people should be very cautious about dealing with them as once they get your money, no more support to fix the issue. Extremely poor customer support and after sales service. I would give them a negative rating if that was an option, they don't even deserve one star. I was so patient with them so far and gave them several calls to get it fixed but no support from them.

Terry has mastery of his job, and was able to to explain how good window nation is doing in the bisness , I like how he describe how good is the window material like ist is the best in the market. We will ipload pictures when it’s done!
