Blind Pros installed shades in my entire home. I have no issue with the original installation, which was for the most part done professionally, though a few of the shades are too tight and bind against the window frame when raised and lowered. My criticism relates to follow-up service. My shades are outside of warranty. When the string on the shade on one of my large picture windows recently broke, I called the phone number for Blind Pros. No one answered and I left a message. After several days I called again and this time was able to speak with Lissa. She told me that she didn't respond to my earlier voice mail because she did not recognize my name as a customer. (I would have appreciated a response, if only to confirm whether I was in fact a customer.) Lissa told me they could not repair the shade and the company that manufactured my shades had gone out of business (more specifically, had been acquired by another company). I politely asked her if she would get back to me with options on how to repair or replace the shade with something that would match the other shades (not wanting to have to replace all the shades in my house) and she said she would. I have not heard back from her more than two weeks after making contact. I have called repeatedly and sent a message through the Blind Pros website but have not received any response. It appears I will have to go to another company to replace my shade. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated and disappointed with this company. Based on my experience, do not expect good customer service after installation, especially if your blinds or shades are out of warranty.

Lissa and her husband Darren, are fantastic when it comes to designing and installing new orr repalcement window coverings. We wanted to switch out our blinds for shades and Lissa walked through the many choices and then helped us decide on the best for our needs. Then Darren came a few weeks later and did the removal of the old blinds and installation of the new shades, even helping us to understand how to program the power up/down control. Both are exceptional professionals and easy to chat with when it comes to discussing your requirements. I can't imagin dealing with anyone better than BlindPros!!

Provided wrong product and will not provide a solution. Company took over four months to respond to an email because ,according to the owner, my $1290 project was “way too small” for them. (They should not have accepted it.)After installing the incorrect hardware and wrong materials, I requested a replacement or refund. They will not provide either and I cannot get in touch with them. I did receive 6 ridiculously unprofessional emails I am happy to share. Stay away. Product and service are terrible.

I had Lissa do my entire house with plantation shutters, faux wood blinds and roller shades with remote control. I have also referred her to other neighbors. More than once I have had problems with the company for not responding to any follow up customer service issues. Most recently I am trying to get a backup remote for the roller shades on the sliding doors. Since I am not getting any response from Lissa and Darren (installer) I will try to reach the manufacturer to see if they can help.

This is the 3rd time that I have had Lissa do my home. She has impeccable taste and understands my needs. She shows me items at my price points. Darren does an excellent job installing and servicing. I would highly recommend Lissa and Darren.

BlindPros provided insight, direction and professional installation that we have not found with other companies. Lissa was very thorough with showing us options for window treatments and answering our numerous questions. Delivery and installation could not have been any faster. Cleanup after the installation was also thorough.

BlindPros did my blinds for my house when I moved in and did a beautiful job. I had them for 2 1/2 years and they still looked like new. Decided I wanted to put plantation shutters so called BlindPros again. I am so happy with my plantation shutters. They are high quality and look beautiful, and the price was great. Lissa and BlindPros did an amazing job once again. We added roller shades to our front lobby and back office. The blinds are so sleek and contemporary looking and have really transformed the space. We had curtains and they looked so cluttered and dated. I admire our new shades every day. They are so easy to open and close and make such a statement to our decor.

Lissa, came to our home with samples and very helpful suggestions for the replacement of our window blinds.
