Create a Drape

Last year I purchased a house in a very nice neighborhood. I chose to do a massive renovation but experienced a lot of stress from contractors and salespeople who promised to deliver but failed. When all the work was finally completed, the house was ready for the finishing touches.....the window treatments! I was relieved to finally have one job completed at the most professional level without any problems. I enjoyed working with Rohnda and everyone who knows her will agree that she enjoys what she does and it shows in her work!

Rhonda DeGroff is the most impressive professional I have ever worked with in a home setting. Her creativity in her products will excite you. She is always knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and courteous. Her follow through and attention to detail leaves you feeling secure that all is being managed well. Rhonda was able to function within my budget so that when my funds were getting low at the end of the project, she was able to suggest alternate window treatments that still made me happy. I could list many examples of how Rhonda went beyond customer service for me. I would definitely work with Creat a Drape again and again.

I asked for ideas for window treatment in my living-room and I finally had drapes made. To this day I regret the advice that was given. The drapes did not go well with the wall coloring and the texture of the drapes was rough. I was very disappointed.

Rhonda DeGraff is the owner of Create a Drape in Windsor On. She has imagination, impressive creative ideas. superior sense of color. These are important. Even more crucial in my opinion is that she is tactful but honest----about her opinions of your project, about price points of various possible products you might consider, about the pluses and minuses of each material (wrinkling, privacy issues, operating mechanisms etc.) She is clear about scheduling. She is on time when she comes to your home, loaded down with samples and hardware, tools, ladders....a one-man band so to speak. If she tells you your new drapes will arrive on Friday at 2:00 p.m. and be installed by 5:00 it is so. And Rhonda stands behind her products. The few times I have expressed a concern with regard to the final "look" of something, she has immediately shown up to fix whatever was on my mind. In one case, months later! I have availed myself of her services now in two old houses that badly needed making over. I have learned to consider her a big part of the team I have tried to put together over the years to support and improve these beautiful structures we call "Home."
