Wonderful experience; quality products and exceptional knowledge and service. Debbie & Gary know their stuff and I highly recommend them and plan on using their services again. They did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up and they made sure every part of the installation was perfect.

Although Debby was referred by several of my neighbors, I was very unsatisfied with the product. The curtain tie backs were never completed. I provided shams to be copied with fabric I provided. The width of the shams edging did not match the ones I provided. I would not use Creative Hands again.

I do apologize for not getting those tiebacks to you. As for the pillow shams, I was never aware that you had an issue with them I can not correct an issue that I am not aware of. I would invite you to please bring in those shams so that I can inspect them and provide a path forward to making them to your satisfaction. If you still want the tiebacks, I can also get them completed for you as quickly as possible.

Excellent guidance and installations. They continue to be helpful with any questions we have about our product. They have many choices and were helpful with what we needed and what would work best with our environment. When I need more window treatments I will return to Creative Hands.

My experience with Creative Hands was top-notch from the very first phone call to completion of my project. The blinds look amazing and the craftsmanship with the installation was perfection. Great flexibility and accommodations were shown around my difficult schedule for both the estimate and install.. Although my project was not a large one, I was still treated with great respect and made to feel like my project was an investment and important to them. You will not be disappointed if you hire Creative Hands.

Commented: What is the paint color in both rooms shown? They look great!I am not sure what the paint color is. These rooms were already painted when I was called in to design the window treatments. I do know the living room is a shade of white, but not a bright white
