He was flexible on scheduling days and times that worked best for us..He called ahead and was on time for both the initial measuring of the windows and the day of installation. Jon was so easy to work with. The precision of measurements and the quality of the product is great. Right after our installation we had to take down the blinds to repaint the windows. After replacing 14 windows in our home, we wanted to upgrade from cheap store bought blinds. The contractor recommended Custom Window Blinds as an option. This is a one man operation where the owner also does all of the sales, measuring and installation. My wife e-mailed asking to set up a consultation and received a response within hours. The following Saturday, Jon showed up with a truck full of samples and options. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted and Jon made suggestions, was very patient and made the entire process very easy. Once we picked faux wood blinds, a solar shade for our slider and a sliding shade for the skylight, Jon measured each and every window. These truly are custom made blinds. Turnaround time was much faster than I would have thought. I assumed 14 windows, a slider and skylight would take most of the day to install, but to my surprise, Jon showed up on a Saturday before 10:00AM and was done less than 3 hours later. All said, within two weeks of contacting Custom Window Blinds, the install was complete and we couldn’t be any happier. The entire look of the house has been upgraded.

Jon Streeter was a joy to work with. Very responsive to any phone calls or emails, prompt with providing samples and knowledge of all the products he sells. I needed a skylight shade restrung, as the string that allows it to go up and down snapped. Jon worked with me on getting this fixed in a prompt and professional manner. When the shade was taken down, we noticed it was quite filthy and he offered to clean it. WOW!! It looks brand new and works great! He also cleaned another shade we have in our living room. This one was quite dirty also, and although it didn't come clean 100%, I'd say 95% of the spots came out. I would highly recommend Custom Window, Blinds, Etc. Service is prompt, professional and prices are reasonable.
