This was an outstanding experience. Max advised us on the most reasonable option for replacing our no-longer-functioning blinds. His artist's eye also helped us chose the best design. There was an initial problem with the company's delivery of the blinds that he corrected quickly, and despite making more than one visit to install the blinds, only charged us for one visit. Throughout he was pleasant, professional and prompt in responding to any inquiry. I would not hesitate to recommend him and ELA Interior Design to anyone who needs new window covering.

Max is awesome! He has done window treatments on many windows in my house and I have loved working with him and loved his work. We were looking to get custom sheers for our living room, and found Max through Google. During my first conversation and meeting with him, I could already tell that he was both very professional and knowledgeable about best options for our needs. Although the sheers order took about 1.5 months for production, Max was able to schedule the installation very soon after receiving them, and did an amazing job. Max was incredibly accommodating during installation. When he arrived, he soon realized the supplier gave him the wrong size of rod. Rather than reschedule to a different day, Max went all the way back to the supplier to get a new rod so he would be able to still install it the same day. Max will go out of his way and take the time needed to make sure you're satisfied. I would absolutely recommend ELA Interior Design for the quality of the product, a very good price, and Max's responsiveness and helpfulness.

Working with Max was a great experience. His is customer focused and provided good recommendations. He listened to my interests and made suggestions based on what he saw in my home and the look we were going for. He even expedited our shipment when he knew we were planning an event at our home. Max did an outstanding job of desiging, ordering, and installing the custom draperies in our house! He is knowledgeable for the craft and helpful in making the process effortless for the client. After we selected the fabric, Max measured the windows and doors and then shared traditional as well as contemporary design ideas to suit our preferences. He provided a reasonable price and a quality product. It was a joy to work with Max. The product was delivered within the estimated time frame, and Max promptly installed our draperies perfectly. We are happy with the final results and receive multiple compliments by others. We are already planning other projects with Max, and we have recommended him to many of our friends.

Max did a fantastic job installing blinds for us. He was extremely friendly, professional, and capable. He was also very honest and always stuck by his word. He has a lot of patience. He lets you take your time in making decision in choosing the right curtains. His prices were also very reasonable compared to others.
