Our experience with MannKidwell was perfect from start to finish...both times. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. We feel that purchasing plantation shutters from MannKidwell was a great investment in our home and a reminder that there are still some great businesses out there. We also appreciate the company's expression of appreciation for our business.

Easy to order Hunter Douglas cellular shades with very prompt customer service. Installation was a dream. The installer was incredibly skilled, kind, and explained everything in a helpful manner. I'm incredibly happy with the results. High quality.

We called on Mann Kidwell for new shades for the fourth time inside 14 years - they always do the job right. This was a big job as they installed new Hunter Douglas shades throughout most of our house this time, and we are delighted with them! They look better than we envisioned. Andrew Kidwell suggested that we tape our samples up on the wall to see at how the colors look in different light situations throughout the day. As a result, we chose a much lighter color than we might otherwise have selected – whew! The roman shades he suggested for our master bedroom are perfect! He suggested a replacement for what we had selected because those couldn’t be ordered wide enough for our triple window. Great choice/suggestion on his part. Justin did a great job installing everything – he was quick and efficient. All in all, a very happy customer – again!!

We moved into a house this summer that was very exposed to the street. Andrew Kidwell came out and did a great job of listening to our needs and guiding us to the fabrics and style that would work best for us. We ended up with a mix of blackout shades, some automated privacy shades , and in our bedroom a combination of blackout and privacy automated shades. When the blinds arrived, the installers were efficient and did a great job in only a few hours. We received a full explanation as to how to install the iPhone app to automatically set scenes, timers, etc. for the automated blinds and how to recharge the batteries. I can't say enough about our positive experience with MannKidwell from start to finish. We love these so much that we will probably be ordering more for other windows. My only regret is that I can't get my husband off the app while playing with the blinds!

My wife and I recently went into Mann Kidwell to look at some potential window treatments for our home. We were professionally shown many options that met our desires. They ordered samples which made making the final selection easy. It says something about a company when the owner of the company is the only one that measures the windows before the custom treatments are ordered. There's only one reason the owner would do this--because he is intent that the order fits perfectly and pleases the buyer. The installers did a fantastic job of installing and adjusting the shades we ordered. During the installation, we noticed the shades did not have the correct valance. The folks at Mann Kidwell quickly ordered the other valences and had them installed quickly and at no cost to us. Great company with great leaders and employees.

Enjoyed working with the team of people from start to finish. We worked together to pick the right shades or shutters for each room. The end result is that added detail that finishes the rooms look and is highly functional. Definitely will use Mann Kidwell again for upstairs renovation.

Our experience with MannKidwell in helping us select shutters for our new townhome and having them installed was excellent. We got all of the information needed, saw samples of the different shutters and were able to pick what worked best for our windows. Andrew Kidwell is knowledgeable about the products his company offers and is very customer oriented. The installers were thorough with an eye towards detail and careful in their installation of the shutters. This is the second time we have used MannKidwell for window treatments in 2 different homes. Only a few pictures are attached of the entire house's windows and doors.
