Margo Bohaty has lived in Sarasota Florida for the last 17 years and has found the natural beauty and surroundings of Sarasota to be a wonderful place to work, design, create and enjoy her life. As a design consultant and homeowner advocate, Margo Bohaty streamlines the process of building (or renovating) your home in a way that makes your experience wonderfully positive, productive and fulfilling. From her first beach house renovation to the new construction of multimillion dollar residences, Margo had found what would become her passion: creating beautiful surroundings and experiences for others. She has worked with numerous well know local and visiting Architects to design and build some of the most noteworthy homes in Sarasota. Margo grew up in a community with several homes designed by Architect Frank Lloyd Wright and a community master plan designed by renowned Landscape Architect Fredrick Law Olmsted. As the daughter of two artist parents, her love for architecture and design was instilled early through childhood lessons in design appreciation and respect for the design sensibility inherent in her surroundings. Margo studied International Fashion Design while attending the Master’s program at Auburn University, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of textiles. Whether it is brick and mortar, proportion and symmetry, or paint color and fabric texture, the process is always the same. “I visualize, do my research, surround myself with other talented professionals and the beauty and magic unfolds”, says Margo.
