I could not be happier with the product and service I received! I work night shift as an RN and I needed help darkening my bedroom in our new home. The sliding glass door in the bedroom is enormous and when the sun rises, it shines directly in through this enourmous door. The room was bright as can be from 8am to 1pm (my prime sleeping hours). Katherine took my situation very serious, coming to my home at 8am to evaluate the problem. She treated my “emergency” serious and fixed the problem within a week. I am so grateful and can’t wait for a good mornings sleep!

She followed up on dates and time of schedules of my shutters being installed and follow up call to check if I was happy with the results. I am so excited to now have my whole house done in Norman shutters. Did not do all at once to make it easy on my budget. Love, love the shutters. My hubby wasn’t sure he would but he does too. We love how the top and bottom open separately giving us privacy if we want but light and air at the same time. Each time they were delivered and installed right on time. Mike does a great job installing. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the product and the service. My favorite window is the slider door, which I will show you below.

Katherine helped us out with a small project - adding shades to two windows in our dining room to match the existing shades in our living room. She quickly found the correct shades and put together a very reasonable proposal for the addition. When they arrived about two weeks after ordering them, the installer was able to install them in less than 1 hour.

So glad to have hired Katherine, who is so knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. My drapes are better than I imagined: Kirsch rods with lovely drapes that hang beautifully and are just perfect for the room. (And the price was almost half of the 3-Day Blinds quote, whose 'consultant' was about as clueless as I was.) I would definitely hire Katherine for any future projects!

We contacted Katherine Davis on a recommendation from Bill's Drapery. We ordered vertical blinds for two sliding doors and horizontal blinds for three windows. Katherine was very easy to work with, and, we are quite happy with the window/door coverings. Should the need arise for additional window treatments, we would use Sensible Interior Solutions.
