I rarely ever leave reviews but I am forced to do so this time. I ordered plantation shutters for my enclosed lanai on April 19, 2024. They were promised in 6-8 weeks. After several follow ups, they were finally installed in September 2024, a full 3 months late. By this time I was back north in my summer home. When I returned I discovered that the shutters were not right. One window had a divider rail between the top and bottom but the other two windows did not as ordered. The shutters are all in the same room and I want them to look the same. I notified Shutter Professionals of this problem on October 16, 2024. Since then I have been in constant contact with them and have received many promises that new shutters have been ordered (October 28, 2024), estimated date for new shutters (February 7, 2025), apologies for how long the new shutters are taking (March 27, 2025), still waiting for information from the manufacturer excuse (April 10, 2025), sent my concerns to manager with no response (August 5, 2025), etc. This is not the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is NO customer service. It is apparent that they don't want to fix the problem and they are hoping that I will go away. My next recourse will probably need to be legal but I am hoping that they do the right thing.

Shutter Professionals did an excellent job installing our cordless roller shades and solar shades at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Order was placed this afternoon, and if delivery and installation goes like we expect, we will be very satisfied customers. Do yourself a favor, and at least take a look at this company.

I can't say enough about Shutter Professionals. This is my second home they have installed shutters with. I did have a hiccup with Dean (salesman) but the owner made everything right and installed promptly. I would highly recommend this company for all window treatments. My wife and I did a contract with Dean Marshall of Sutter Professionals on the 20 of August 2020. The contract was for a total price of $2145.00. We gave him $1073.00 deposit. The contract indicate an ETA for the shutters of 6 weeks. We had heard nothing after 8 weeks so gave him a call. He indicated that there was some delay because of the virus problem. We asked for our refund back. He said he could not do that because the shutters were in production. We waited another four weeks and still nothing. I sent him an email requesting that he give us a call. This is now 16 weeks and we cannot get him to return our calls. I think I have been scamed. But, for $1073.00 I will pursue this through the Better Business Bureau, or legal action. Since my initial review we have received and had our shutters installed. We were not happy with the long delay in delivery but are extremely happy with our shutters. They fit perfect and they add a lot to our home. I guess the COVID was the problem and maybe I should have been more understanding.
