Windo VanGo

Several years ago we ordered Hunter douglas blinds for a downstairs remodel from Windo Vango. Based on the quality we decided to use them again when we planned to upgrade to balckout shades for our master suite. A sales rep came out and measured and a couple weeks later our new blinds are installed. They are quite an improvement from the inexpensive builder grade blinds that came with the house. Nice folks to work with!!

Our indoor house painters mis-hung our motorized Hunter Douglas shades. I needed a Hunter Douglas certified technician to reinstall our shades and program the remote. I contacted Innovative Openings in Louisville, CO, where the prior homeowner bought the shades. The customer service agent at Innovative Openings was nice and professional, but said they could send a technician to our house for 3 weeks. But first, I would have to pay $100 to confirm an appointment, and pay an additional service trip fee and a separate fee to hang each of the shades. Total price would have been nearly $200. I called WindoVanGo in Broomfield (we'd done business with them many years before) and I spoke with Jon Schires. Jon was efficient, was able to make an appointment for a technician to come to our house in 5 days. WindoVanGo did not require an up-front payment for an appointment and Jon quoted me a price far less than Innovative Openings. Jon also told me that my shades were still under warranty, so if there were additional repairs required, they would be covered. Michael Gabriel, the technician, emailed me a day before my appointment confirming the time of his arrival, and then again texted me 30 minutes before he arrived. Michael was HIGHLY professional and knowledgeable, plus he was a pleasure to talk with. Michael completed the task in 30 minutes and the total bill was $132. Outstanding customer service from both Jon and Michael. I assure you, the next time we need window coverings, there is no doubt that we will patronize WindoVanGo in Broomfield.

Everything was very smooth from the estimate through the installation. I will definitely use them again when needing more shades.

We couldn't be happier with our Hunter Douglas window treatments from Windo VanGo. We've used their service for many years and have never been disappointed. We rebuilt our home from the Marshall Fire in Louisville, CO. and were in the need of coverings for the majority of our windows and sliders. Nan, our sales associate, worked patiently and diligently to help us pick out just the right colors for shades and Cadence and Vertiglide verticals. Our installer, Michael, did a stellar job of putting up the blinds and educating us how to give the best care and correct operation. We definitely recommend Windo VanGo to anyone shopping for window treatments.

I could not be more pleased with the Duette Honeycomb Shades that I purchased. They are beautiful -- plus the customer service I received could not be improved! Andrew was so attentive in giving me ideas and suggestions for my new blinds. They were also very helpful in giving me the correct information concerning rebates that are available, both from Xcel Energy and the Federal Tax Credit. I highly recommend Window Van Go to anyone!

What a wonderful company. We worked with Andrew who was very professional and dedicated to making sure we were happy with our project! We had them install shutters to all the windows in our home. They not only did a beautiful job, but had ideas for the tough small windows and doors. Andrew also returned just to make sure the finished shutters would open to the angle we wanted when open. The shutters are really lovely and we couldn’t be happier. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with - really exceptional costumer service. I highly recommend them to anyone!
