Window Replacement Systems, Inc. is locally owned and operated by Marcus Ridgely. Marcus and his father Dave opened the business in 1998. Prior to that, Dave owned and operated a residential and commercial general construction company and Marcus worked for a large vinyl window manufacturer in Spokane. Combining Dave’s knowledge and expertise of construction and Marcus’ extensive background in the window industry, they opened Window Replacement Systems Inc. The business flourished and grew due to Dave and Marcus’ drive to provide their customers with exceptional products and top notch installation that is second to none. They focus their attention more on the installation of products rather than the product itself. You can have the best products in the world, but if they are not installed properly, then you could end up with drafts and water leaks defeating the whole reason for replacing the old windows. The Window Replacement Systems, Inc. business plan and mission statement is simple...do the job right the first time and you’ll never have to do it again. In 2010 Dave retired from Window Replacement Systems, Inc. and hung up his tool bags for good.
