WindowsDecor was wonderful to work with from our initial appointment to measure and select our ideal product for our new home all the way through installation. The owner of WindowDecor met with me to explain their products and offer suggestions on what would work in the different areas of our home. He is very knowledgeable of all their products. And he made another trip to hang temporary blinds until our order arrived. My husband and I drove to their location in Jeffersonville to see some of their products on display and Lisa was a jewel to work with. She was so patient with us to explain the differences in their shades and how they work. The installer was courteous and very neat and tidy when hanging all of our shades throughout the house. We LOVE our remote controlled motorized shades and our manual ones as well. When in need for additional window treatments we will definitely be calling WindoDecor!

Charlie made sure our shutters and blinds were ordered and installed BEFORE we moved into our house. We were so impressed they arrived on time and installed just before our big move to give us the privacy we needed. The quality of the shutters and blinds are top notch, their customer service is fabulous and their prices are extremely competitive. Charlie even went above and beyond his call of duty and helped me measure every window in our house for drapes…so awesome and greatly appreciated!! We highly recommend Charlie and Window Decor for your shutters and/or blinds!!

We recently moved into a new home and were more than a little overwhelmed with all the window covering decisions that needed to be made. Window Decor was recommended to us and we were beyond pleased with their help. They took time to understand our needs and tastes and gave us various options for each room. They were were cognizant of our budget and worked to provide a beautiful and cost effective solution. Their installation was quick and precise. All the staff at Widow Decor from sales to installation were a real pleasure to work with as they are all genuinely focused on great customer service. They worked hard with us to install frameless and motorized screens on the porch - the result looks absolutely amazing! Bottom line, we love our home and are extremely happy with the wonderful window treatments Window Decor created for us.

Very professional! Installers were polite and focused on the installation. Cleaned up all the packaging and took it with them. Loved the blinds and shutters. This was my 2nd house I have used Window Decor. I would highly recommend this company !!!

Sorry to report an unacceptable experience with this company. New construction during a pandemic is, of course, a difficult situation. We’ve had vendor delays, and have settled all of them. Not so with WindowDecor and after long delays, unreturned phone calls and averte blinds cut to the wrong size (after measurements taken) we are still waiting..... for months. Now I hear the blinds are shipping and according to Lisa, will have to wait for installation. Save yourself frustration - there are plenty of reputable window dressers in Louisville - I would not recommend this one.

The professionals at Window Decor are nothing short of amazing! From the initial phone call to the final finished product, everything went incredibly well. They are friendly, super fun to work with. And my particular staff member who came to my house knew the products very well, was patient (since I couldn’t decide), flexible, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted.
