We sent a deposit of 80% down for a custom wine cellar. This included commercial refrigeration, installation, design and build of the wine cellar. Over 6 months they have repeatedly told us they were going to deliver plans and would delay week by week, sending documents that were not what we asked for. We have obver a hundred emails and texts validating this. Our builder and designer have been in business for over 30 years and have never seen either negligence or fraud like this. They have many videos and promises none delivered. Alex (Sensitive Information Hidden) was our salesperson and is nowhere to be found now. We are pursuing legal action.

Fantastic work and great communication. Our cellar is a show piece and we constantly get compliments on it. I highly recommend them, our wine is now aging safely and displayed beautifully.
