Vineyard Wine Cellars is one of the premier wine cellar professionals in the country. We have worked with Sarah and the entire Vineyard team for many years. They are consummate professionals with an in-depth knowledge of wine storage design, room construction and installation. As a bonus, they are a pleasure to work with!

I read the emails below and feel like I'm dealing with a different company. I placed an order mid-April and I have had nothing but poor service and excuses since. Randy has been giving me updates every so often (sometimes after I request an ETA 3 times). He is very nice about telling me the shipment is going to be delayed again. I keep requesting delivery info and I keep getting excuses blaming manufacturing for dates sliding or that ETA's are unavailable. The original ship date agreed to was 6/14 although I'd hoped for early June. I explained I had refrigerated wine being delivered 6/24 so this could work. They pushed it back to 6/28. Now they claim it's going to be delayed again until mid-July. I'm not sure that's reality. When I asked them what I should do with over 300 bottles of refrigerated wine arriving from London and Napa they said maybe I should find someone to store it for me. And they still can't confirm a real ship date telling me basically they'll know when it's done. I'm wondering why they took my order (and my money so quickly), knowing they have no control over manufacturing and the delivery date. I was honest with them, why couldn't they have been honest with me and not taken my order. Good luck!

I live in Houston and had to re-insulate my wine cellar. I contacted six companies, got proposals from three. Sarah at Vineyard Wine Cellars was the most professional, easiest to deal with and to the point. This was part of a larger project and needed to be coordinated on a tight time schedule. Andy called me the morning of the project to confirm timing, Louis arrived for the work, explained the work, and answered my questions. I left and came back to find an outstanding job. Andy called me at the end of the day to check and see if all went according to my expectations. My expectations were exceeded. Based on my interaction with three associates of Vineyard Wine Cellars, this is a very high quality organization and I am an extremely happy customer.

Our original project manager treated us very poorly; however, the owner stepped in and made things right. A new project manager (Sarah) was assigned to our project and everything went smoothly, thereafter. We are very happy with the final product.

Vineyard has sold VintageView products for many years. They have great sales reps with a full knowledge of our products. I have had the privilege of working with The Vineyard crew for over 15 years. Their projects are breath taking and they are always easy to work with.
