Changing pad

Hello,
I have seen many pictures of nursery rooms and I am always curious to know why the changing pads are not more secure? There are changing table trays that the pads can go inside of and it would be an added measure of security for the baby. Maybe people do not know that the trays exist.

There is a strap on on the side of the changing pad which you then screw into the back of the dresser to secure the pad to the dresser top. You then buckle the baby in while you change the diaper. No tray needed.
