    "green" does not tell me much. I need to know the proper name, number and brand. I can't go to the store and say I want green. From this pic it look like some shade of dark blue but I may be wrong, could be black. Does anyone know the correct name?

    Probably close to a Charleston green but with more green in it. It is a type of black- but then my computer may show it differently than yours. There are variations by manufacturers of Charleston Green.
