My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sorry, who is the manufacturer of the chandelier? Style would help also.

    No problem. I bought the chandelier a few years ago on line, but I don't remember who manufactured it. I It was silver. I painted it brown.

    I just remembered seeing it in Home Decorators and just checked for you. They have it. Here's the link:
