My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

With a non-grey color, a design similar to this would be nice

I think the cement board panels in a light color (white, near white) could look good, grey, not so much, even if some think it looks like slate.
