I was looking for a quick and easy face lift for my gas fireplace surround. It had rather uninteresting beige ceramic tiles. The folks at Cloudstone had just the answer: An extremely light weight manufactured stone product that came in a variety of styles and color schemes to work with any decor. Cloudstone could be easily cut and shaped to fit with the tools most of us have in our house tool box. Then I used construction adhesive in a caulking gun to quickly apply it to the back of the Cloudstone. The product went on as quick as I could apply the adhesive, and it stacked like bricks. This DIY transformation was incredibly easy and quick to do, and the outcome was very professional looking.
