Pinion Pine Design Remodels completely renovated our 965 sq ft townhouse over a 2.5 month period of time. Leigh, of Pinion Pine, dedicated her time to this project completely and was in constant communication as aspects progressed. She listened to all of our ideas and provided options and recommendations to help with final decisions. Leigh took a hands on, detailed approach in everything from demolition to installation. The sub-contractors she arranged were reasonably priced, high quality and on schedule. Leigh worked within the constraints of a strata corporation and established a good repoire with the council. Long after the reno was complete and we had moved in, Leigh followed up to assist with any questions or concerns we may have had. I would recommend Pinion Pine Designs.

Pinion Pine Design tackled a complete renovation/restoration of the main floor suite in my 1901 Victorian. Leigh has a passion for historic details and an excellent understanding of space utilization, especially in small areas. In the end, the suite was completely restored including a new kitchen and bathroom. She helped keep the budget on track and went out of her way to find the most cost effective ways to achieve the desired end result.

Pinion Pine Design Remodels did an absolutely fantastic job over three years remodeling the entire interior of my home, removing walls, building cabinets, pulling out cheap panelling, getting rid of mold, sheet rocking the entire home, replacing an aged roof with a new blue metal roof, and so forth. The job was done professionally and compassionately because I was living in the home with three cats and three dogs all through the remodel. This added additional challenges and of course the job took longer as a result, but everything was accomplished expertly and kindly.
