I’ve hired Jessy & Pam for two projects so far at my house, and I’ve been so pleased with the results. The first was updating my small 1st floor bathroom, which was incredibly dated and cramped when I moved in - and since it would be seen by both guests and clients, it HAD to be redone. Aside from the tub (which we were able to preserve), it was a total gut. They gave me great recommendations for the finishes and were very open to my ideas (I opted for custom open shelving, rather than the existing closed cabinet - Jessy brought my exact vision to life perfectly). The whole project took only 3 weeks start to finish, and I was particularly impressed by how clean and organized Jessy was - I never once felt as though I were living amidst a renovation. Project #2 was a refresh of the 1st floor guest room which also serves as my office, music room, and library. I’d already repainted it to brighten up the dull walls, but the old stained carpet, broken closet doors and unpainted trim were dragging it down - I basically avoided it altogether, aide from using it to store old furniture. To save money, I volunteered to handle the trim painting (most of it done in a flash in my backyard with a paint sprayer) while Jessy removed the rug and installed a laminate floor that matched the floor in the adjacent kitchen - all in one day. Once I’d finished the rest of the trim and decided what I wanted for the shelving, Jessy returned and installed everything exactly as I’d described: a broad wall-anchored desk flowing into spacious wall-mounted bookshelves. The result is such a perfect use of the space with plenty of room for all my books, computer, and my spare TV. He even managed to match the stain on the shelves to my futon frame so the whole room looks cohesive. Now the room gets a ton of use and I’m happy every time I walk in. I really can’t thank Jessy & Pam enough for being so easy to work with - I will always recommend them to my friends!

We first contacted Pam & Jessy for a powder room remodel. We met with Pam and talked about our wants and needs, budget and timeframe. She produced a storyboard and estimate that met all our requests. Working with Pam & Jessy was such a positive experience, we proceeded to complete the main level of our condo. This included beautiful bamboo flooring throughout and a new kitchen. Again the process of working through the details with Pam on design, budget and products was a pleasure. They are very professional and we never needed to be worried about time or budget. They delivered to their plan, if there were additions, it was due to my adding to the project along the way! Both projects were completed on time and on budget - how often can anyone say that?! We are looking forward to being able to work with them again on Phase II of our remodel.

We hired Sirois Home Solutions to completely remodel my townhouse kitchen. It was horribly outdated, made of cost effective materials, and did not provide the functionality that we needed with a growing family (at the time I had a 2yr old and a baby on the way). We had never taken on a project of this magnitude and we knew we couldn't do it ourselves. But, we also knew we had to stay on a very limited budget. Sirois Home Solutions came to our home to meet us. Within minutes, they were asking questions like, what do you like about your current kitchen? What do you not like? What bothers you the most? What are the most critical things that you need changed to be happy with a new design? Within a week, they had taken the answers to all our questions and provided us with a sketch and cost estimate for making the changes. One of the biggest factors was that all the work needed to be done before our infant arrived. They were able to complete all the work, meet all our needs, and provide on-going solutions/support during the length of the project - all before our second child was born. With a two year old and a baby on the way - we could never have done this project ourselves. They provided really effective solutions to what irritated us most with the kitchen. They delivered the look we wanted - ON budget. And, by far - the BEST part of the entire thing - every time they came to work on our home - they left it neat, clean, and liveable. It may actually have been cleaner during their work than before they arrived! And, that was with cutting a huge hole in one wall to create a better line of site/open floor plan in the space. Great job. From design recommendations (many of which I would NEVER have considered on my own and turned out to be instrumental - "working triangle" - made a HUGE difference in my life) to completed project - impeccable work. So great in fact - we consulted with them again while building a new home a year later :) Thanks Sirois Home Solutions!! You will definitely be in my contact list for future projects.

We hired Sirois Home Solutions to work with us to create living space from our unfinished basement. After reviewing the space with us and discussing our vision, Pam drew up a Floor Plan incorporating all of what we hoped to do: Family Room, Pantry, Desk area, finished chimney stack behind wood stove with storage for wood and decorative shelving, Laundry area, and a 1/2 bath. We discussed our budget and talked about materials and then Jesse came up with a proposal breaking down the project for our approval. We collected proposals from several contractors; Sirois Home Solutions was not the least expensive but we strongly felt they would be the best to work with - we were not disappointed. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. Having Pam's expertise in making decisions regarding colors and materials was soooo helpful. We used resources like Houzz to figure out what we liked and what we didn't and Pam then came up with a manageable number of options to choose from. Jesse consistently showed up as scheduled and the project came in on time and on budget. He kept us up to date on progress and schedule, and most importantly he respected that we needed to use the space while it was in progress and consistently cleaned up after himself and respected our home. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but having access to my laundry area all during construction was fabulous! Did I mention they stayed on schedule and on budget? By far the best contractor to work with that we have experienced. The finished space already feels like it has always been a part of our home. I couldn't recommend this team more highly.
