AAA Installation

We hired AAA Installation (Chris Stanton, owner) to design and install the electronics in our new house on the IOP. This included WiFi extenders and network, Sonos network (including pool and TVs) and a security system. The work was incredibly good — A++. And when there were problems to be worked around or glitches to be solved, they stayed until the job was perfect. On a couple of occasions, they made special trips back to update things. Recently, we needed a service call and we were promptly scheduled, and the service technician made a special effort to get to the bottom of some issues we were having with our cable service to solve our problem. Simply put, we could not be happier. The work was excellent, the attention to detail was incredible and the staff was a real pleasure to work with. There are many options for work like this, and we've had bad experiences before with other companies. AAA Installation was really and truly outstanding.

There are 2 aspects to AAA Installation that made it 5 stars for us. 1.) The owner's response time to questions or anything else was almost immediate. We took his recommendations and are beyond pleased with everything we purchased. 2.) The technicians arrived on time, worked quietly and methodically, and were not going to leave until everything was working perfectly and in order. We have worked with numerous subs during construction and AAA was one of the best.

Sean and his team are top notch. Helped to target exactly what I needed for my house. Installation is top notch and extremely professional. They installed numerous tv's, security, speaker system and internet. They even worked closely with COMCAST, so I didn't have to (A true blessing).

We have used AAA Installation for a number of projects. Most recently they installed a complete audio/entertainment system in our home (including receiver, amp, apple tv, blue ray, sonos, surround sound speakers, flat screen and universal remote). We like using AAA Installation for a number of reasons: they show up on time, very reasonable rates, attention to detail, willingness and patience to spend the time to teach you how to properly use your equipment and finally if we had a question or concern regarding any aspect of the installation, the equipment or even a "how to" question they have repsonded immediately. We would highly recommend them!

AAA installed a surround sound system in our new home. Everything was done on schedule and as promised. Everyone was also really friendly. The technician showed us how to work everything and just did a top-notch job all around. The result is pretty awesome. TV picture is amazing and the sound is just what we wanted. We even have a 2 zone system so we can listen to music on our porch while watching TV in the living area, so they recommended a separate volume switch for the porch. In addition to the great service, I believe they also helped us choose the right equipment for what we wanted. Very satisfied with their service.

AAA installed sorround sound in my living room and distributed audio in 5 other rooms. This was new construction and AAA was great from running the wires to installing the hardware. They showed up on time and worked with AT&T so my internet was setup correctly. AAA also installed a wifi booster which gave me great coverage in my 4500 sq ft home.

Sean arrived on time and quickly assessed our living area and provided me the best options that met our family's needs. After deciding on a sound system, Sean contacted me to schedule an install date. The installation was smooth and simple - quick, professional and timely. Now the best part- the sound! I hired AAA for the wiring of my new home while it was under construction. They handled prewiring for surround sound, internet, TV, phone and security. They also provided me with the hardware to make it all work. I found their prices competitive and their knowledge, skill, and customer service second to none. They were very prompt and always available when I had any questions. They were one of the best subcontractors I worked with during the entire construction process.

We hired AAA Installation for A/V work for our newly renovated home in Mt Pleasant. They helped us by providing a cost competitive quote for all of the necessary components to run our whole house audio, as well as the A/V for our living room. After a thorough evaluation of our options, we chose to integrate Sonos into some of the existing infrastructure of our home, while implementing a new 'hidden' A/V system in our living room. Once hardware arrived, they came to the house to install and configure the system. The technicians were absolutely top-notch -- great attitude, knowledgeable, neat, and took the extra time to make sure we were comfortable running the system when they left. We highly recommend these guys, and look forward to bringing them back for future work.
