All Marble Tiles

I placed an order for $1250 worth of tiles, and upon checkout, after giving my address, I was given the options of $250 shipping, or Free Shipping. Obviously I chose free. The next day, they put my order on hold and told me that I had not paid shipping (insinuating that it was my fault somehow - like I could cheat the website), and that they would only ship my order if I paid them an extra $450, or they would cancel the order. I told them that it wasn’t fair that they were asking for so much more in shipping than the website advertised, and that if they cancelled the order, the refund would take 7-10 days to clear my account, I would not be able to repurchase materials until that time, so I really wanted to avoid that. I told them that I would be happy to work with them to find a solution. Without any further discussion, after my direct request not to cancel, they refunded my card. Now I have to wait a week+ to get my funds back, plus I’ll need to find a new place to buy tile after carefully choosing what I wanted, and buying samples from them. Over a few hundred dollars and an inability to admit any fault, they lost a $1250 sale and gained an angry customer.
