I am Mike, 40y, French and I hired Allure Design, after a selection process, to work on 3 properties: a penthouse in NYC (2,200 sf), a house in Hibiscus Island (Miami, 3,500 sf) and an apartment in South Beach (Miami, 1,200 sf). In all those 3 projects, Jessica Oxios has been a true partner. She is pro-active in the design and decoration phases, she is very knowledgeable with wood work and materials, she has a strong leadership to keep up with timings and budgets - and what is very important for me: she pays a lot of attention to details ("good is not enough"). I am very satisfied with her achievements on those 3 projects and warmly recommend Allure Design for personal or professional construction or renovation.

My townhouse redo is a project that was undertaken by Jessica Oxios. What a joy she is to work with. She respected the budget, incorporated family heirlooms, and created a design that reflects our personality but has her wonderous vision. I have the kitchen of my dreams, my husband got his media space, and, with Jessica as the mediator, we had not one argument. It was impressive to see her interactions with suppliers and professionals. She is respectful and respected. On time and on budget - never had to call her about progress - she kept us informed of every step. She is a remarkable designer with an architect's eye that incorporated everyone's wish list and made our home elegant. What a wonderful experience!

Commented: Beautiful bathroom! Can you tell me the name and dimensions of tile?Hi, thanks for your inquiry! I'm sorry but I can't remember the name of the tile or where we even got it (it was in 2008), but it's porcelain and I think it's 18"x18".
