Annie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in our new optometry office design. She was easy to work with, flexible with our design changes, always prompt and responsive. We are so happy!!

Annie and her company were fantastic to work with and designed a beautiful, professional, and comfortable space for my staff and clients. I hired her when we moved into about double the amount of space that was little more than an empty shell with walls. Not only did she generate a spectacular design, she worked with my preferences and budget and directed the entire project. Her work took so much off my plate so that I could focus on my business and leave the design and furnishings to her. I am so glad I chose to hire Annie B. Designs.

Annie B. Designs did such a wonderful just with designing our business. We recently went through the rebranding process, and desired to create an atmosphere where our clients and their families felt encouraged and welcomed, and our therapists felt like they were experiencing a "piece of home" while at work. Annie and Jenn definitely delivered! They created an inviting space for our therapists to complete paperwork or build community with other employees, while creating a space that looking professional and inviting to our clients and families. They were quick to respond, happy to work with us when we needed to change the design, and were extremely efficient at communicating with us along each step of the way. We were building a house on the lake and needed to select all of the finishes. I do not have a talent for design and was stressed by the task so I looked for a designer to help us out. Fortunately, I found Annie B. Designs. Annie and her coworker Jenn did advance work to understand the house design and our style preferences then spent 1.5 days with us making our selections. It was such a relief. They helped us with follow up questions, too. We just finished the house and it is beautiful! I could not have done it without them. Thank you. Annie and Jenn!

Annie was a delight to work with. She has a great sense of style and was attentive to our budget. She was easy to work with and always prompt in her communication with me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting help in redesigning their home or office space.

My husband and I decided to finish our basement and enlisted Annie's help with the project. Best decision we could have made! We were very impressed from the initial design consultation and she has continued to exceed our expectations. Annie listened to our general vision and created a specific design perfect for our needs. She has great working relationships with local craftsman and vendors which ensured high quality materials and workmanship, as well as timely completion of each stage of the project. As to design, Annie located numerous wholly unique design pieces which melded perfectly with our fairly distinctive style preferences. She pays attention to the details! Throughout the project, Annie was great with keeping us up-to-date with the status of the project and the next steps. She was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Annie is a gifted designer and outstanding professional. I would recommend her without reservation for any design project.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with a Annie. I hired her to “refresh” our main living space which included painting 8 rooms, totally redoing my laundry room and office, and updating furniture pieces, accessories, light fixtures, window treatments, and rugs. She was able to update and change things without losing the homey lived in feeling that our home of 32 years had.

When I moved from an apartment to a house, I almost tripled the amount of space I had to furnish and decorate. Annie was a lifesaver! She did everything from picking paint colors, rugs, furniture, and light fixtures to converting whole rooms to a new use (dining room to library, bedroom to deluxe home gym). Everything she picked out coordinates beautifully with the house, my existing furniture, and works to update some more traditional pieces I inherited from my grandmother. She did absolutely wonderful things with paint colors that I never would have thought to do on my own but I get so many compliments on! Annie designed beautiful built in shelves to turn what was a dining room into a library (complete with ladder!) and redesigned the fireplace to look more contemporary. She was able to work with my budget to get everything done and went the extra mile to make the house work for me and feel like a home. I will definitely be calling Annie again in the future as I finish decorating the house!

Annie is not only incredibly friendly, personable and easy to work with she is also incredibly talented, efficient and professional. We had been mulling for literally years on how we should reni our master bath and, thanks to Annie, within a week we had the final plans and design in our hands. She is well worth the money we spent on her services and we highly recommend her!

We hired Annie B. Designs to renovate/restore & furnish a historic house into a vacation rental property in the downtown area of Knoxville. As with any investment, we were asking for a lot with a limited budget based on our proforma and expected returns. This design team was great. They had great vision and kept our costs as low as possible. They have great relationships with vendors and pass along savings on furnishings. Our property has been a great success, with so many kind words about the mid-century modern décor! Can't say enough

I always wanted to complete my living room, but as a working mother, I didn't have the time or the talent. I didn't want to invest in new furniture and paint without guidance from a professional. I came across Annie's profile on Houzz and after reviewing her work, contacted her. From the very beginning, Annie was professional, timely, straightforward and full of great ideas. She made sure to ask about my preferences and incorporated my style into an awesome living room design. Annie has great vision. She arranged my living room in a way I would have never imagined. She helped me with selecting some great furniture pieces. Furthermore, she was able to use items that I wanted to keep in the design. My biggest concerns before hiring Annie was that she wouldn't "get" my style and I would end up with a room that I didn't like or a room that looks like hundreds of others online. Those concerns all went away as every single decision that we made (paint color, furniture, room arrangement, artwork, accessories) all worked together beautifully and made our living room one of a kind. Our room is a reflection of us - sophisticated, yet comfortable for a family with young children. My family loves our new living room and it actually helps set the tone for the entire house. Annie was a joy to work with - great personality and professional (I cant stress that enough!) She doesn't know it yet, but I'll be consulting her on some more design decisions in the future! I highly recommend Annie.

I am so happy that I found Annie (on Houzz!) and that she has helped her with our house projects. Annie is a delight to work with and takes what you love and turns it into the perfect design scheme. She is flexible and will either coach you to help you come up with a design, give you a design and let you run with it, or take it all upon herself so you don't have to worry about a thing. Originally I hired Annie to help us with our inside remodel. She came up with a wonderful design plan that I can't wait to have her help with implementing. Before we tackled the inside, however, we decided to have some work done on the outside of the house. At first, we thought we would just be re-staining our house the same dark brown color (which wasn't my favorite and was the color when we bought it). Several weeks into the project, our contractor let us know that we could actually stain it any color of the rainbow we wanted and we were elated. Overwhelmed with color choices, I contacted Annie, shared some pictures of houses that I liked that I had collected on Houzz, and asked her to (quickly!) come up with a color scheme. Annie took the pictures of what I liked and promptly came up with a design for the exterior colors. I am now greeted everyday with a beautiful house that blends into and compliments the Smoky mountain scenery. I cannot say enough good things about Annie and we will be using her again to bring her vision of our interior into fruition.
