My experience with Barry Sullivan building my custom house was absolutely excellent. He pays attention to every detail, has wonderful sub-contractors who he knows provide their service with the highest quality and is cost competitive. His finishing trims are perfect! He made sure I was going to receive the home I wanted by providing frequent and clear communication, explaining all the options without pressure. I am a single woman who he treated with ultimate respect. I particularly appreciated that he was knowledgeable and participated in every phase of the project, from placing the home on the lot, to cleaning the land, well and septic placement, actual construction, fencing and clean up. Every day the jobsite was left clean including the house swept up. He did not allow foul language of anyone onsite. I have the ultimate trust and admiration for the man and his company. If you want the best quality for your budget, you will use Sullivan Design & Construction based out of Franklin, TN.

We had three major projects completed by Sullivan Design & Construction between June 2011-March 2013. The first project was done shortly after we purchased our house - it included lots of painting, updating our kitchen, and many small jobs around the house. The second project was renovating our master bathroom - the results are beautiful and very functional! The third project included new windows, new garage doors, a new front door and entryway, and painting the entire exterior - we have received so many compliments on the results...the quality is amazing and the colors are great! Sullivan Design & Construction does high-quality work while staying within your agreed-upon budget - we are very pleased with the results of all three projects.

My husband and I chose Barry Sullivan to build our dream home in the country and Lauren Evans as our interior designer. We watched the project being built from the ground up and were impressed by the quality of workmanship. We found out we could totally trust Barry as a builder and working with him and Lauren was a joy. Lauren proved to be a true professional who knew what she was doing. The paint colors, lighting, granite, tile, and flooring are just beautiful. She "got us" right away and kept us from making some mistakes that we would regret later. They both had the desire to please us but were not afraid to speak up when we were about to make a wrong choice. I have heard some horror stories about having a house built but can truly say it was a wonderful experience to work with Barry and Lauren and we would recommend them to anyone. Elaine Taboeer
